There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
The unit has been beautifully decorated and offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The comfort of the fluffy furniture and the clean design will make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambience for comfortable stay.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel.

We had a great stay!

The unit is exactly as described. It was clean. The location is great. I heard nightmare check in stories. However we didn’t wait, walked in and were done in 5 minutes or less. The elevators were always busy, but we fully expected that. Park on the 6th floor for easier access to stairs and less elevator wait. The pools were never over crowded. We always found chairs.. full shade or sun. We would go back again!

Great location lacked cleanliness

Location is amazing and easy access to the beach , however a few maintenance issues and towels smelled sour , also there was a few bugs in master and Floors was filthy . Also only one remote worked master bedroom and living room unfortunately . Communication was great with the owner and check in was smooth

Good stay

In all our stay was very nice, we were not able to turn the tv in the living room on because there was a missing remote. With the amount of people we had in our room, the towels ran low after first night. We also missed the light show every night because we had no idea when it started. Room was nice and very spacious for our big group.

Fall Break

I gave the property 4 stars due to minimal handicap parking spaces & elevator access on the property. The elderly ladies with me struggled with the time and distance it took to get from room to car. I reported the master bath, towels, and wash cloths smelled like mildew and the kitchen cabinets around knobs and behind the trash can had not been wiped down. Just so she was aware of the issue. She did offer to call house keeping. Since I waited halfway through our trip to report I declined. I just wanted to alert the owner of the issue so it could be addressed with her cleaning crew before the next guest arrived. :)

One of the worst places I have stayed at

Horrible 1:1. The floors were so dirty that they turned our feet black. This was on the first day we arrived. My wife tried to find a broom, dustpan, and a mop and nothing was there to clean the floors. 2:2. The matrass in the master was the most wore out piece of crap I have ever slept on(needs to be replaced.) My back hurt all week from the big slump where the torso is. We am not a really big people either. My daughter said sleeping on the bunk bed was like sleeping on a dog mat. 3:The bed in the guest room was broken upon arrival. 4:There was no pot holders or dish rags to wash dishes with. 5:The toilet was constantly running when we got there. I had to keep fixing the float periodically throughout the week. 6:My wife’s cousin was in town staying in a condo on a different property and we all went together to buy food to hang out and eat and the security would not let them come into the property to do so. Security is like being in a prison or dentition center. 7:There was only half rolls of toilet paper in both restrooms and had no extra to replenish when they ran out. Also had a quarter roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We had to go but these on the first day we were there. There is more to the list but it will only let me put so much.

Family vacation 2023

The unit was nice. Beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed the water light show. The building itself was very big so it took us a while to find our way around and which floor parking deck was the most convenient for us. The manager/owner was very helpful and attentive with answering our questions. I do recommend this unit and would stay again if I have the opportunity.

Perfect Getaway!

We loved this condo for our 1 week vacation. Upon arrival the check in desk can be pretty busy but we dropped off our luggage in the room first, then checked in once it slowed down. To avoid a long wait at the elevators I recommend parking your car on the 6th level and taking the stairs to the condo on the 8th floor, once we did this it was a gamechanger! The condo is much bigger than we thought based on the pictures. The stores run out of certain things fast, so I did a curbside order from Wal Mart (located maybe 2 min from condo). The condo stays cool during the day and night (leave master bedroom door open or it gets warm). The balcony is perfect for dinner at night or coffee in the AM. Our kids loved the water show every evening while they had ice cream from the on site ice cream/candy shop. The pools were enjoyable and the pool bar had great drinks and food (try the southwest egg rolls). One thing we really loved was how safe we felt, the security is on point and constantly walking around. I did read another review that complained about the security feeling like a concentration camp... we strongly disagree and appreciated how well they kept the location safe and no wild kids partying all night etc. The condo owner was responsive at all times and we were able to let them know when we had recommendations to help make the condo even better. We will def be back and recommend to any family!

Filthy condo.

This condo was filthy dirty. The dirt and filth throughout the condo caked on the woodwork, floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in months. Lamps and light fixtures had grease and dust that people before them had written their initials in it. The balcony had food and drinks spilled on it. After contacting VRBO we were told they would send us 3 properties for us to pick and they would put us in another place. Before we received the places we had found black mold growing in the shower. After we contacted them within an hour the had booked us at the holiday inn resort. I wish I could post the pictures on here.

Will never return here

First- our room was not clean. Stuff caked on the comforters, blood on pillows, pee stains on pillows, floors were disgusting, mouse droppings in silverware drawer. They did come and clean after an e-mail was sent but this is all stuff that has gone on for a while. Nothing that just happened. Second- check in staff was extremely rude. No help whatsoever just wanted to tell you how much you would be charged if you lost your bracelet. Third and most annoying thing was the elevators for the property. 3 sets and never waited less than 10 minutes to ride. Had we not had my disabled father we could take the steps, but you have to have an elevator for a wheelchair. Not only did that not have enough of them they didn’t work half the time. Fourth- I was told that PCB was clean and not a party town anymore. That was totally wrong! Young adults drinking and smoking everywhere. My children heard and saw things that we can never take back.

We brought our bags to the room, and returned to the parking garage to get the rest of our things. When we returned to our room, there was an employee in our room drinking a glass of water. He said that he was working on the ice maker. Later during the trip, two security guards knocked on the door and wanted to come in and do a head count to see how many people were in the room. They were told that they could not enter our room. We actually had three less people than we were allowed. It was like being in some kind of prison camp, not on vacation at all. Do not recommend staying here at all. We have been to Florida numerous times, and always had a nice vacation, except this time.

Great Location & view from balcony

My family and I enjoyed the stay as it was close to everything. The beach was right across the street so we didn’t have to walk too far. The property was clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking if you decided not to eat out. Overall no complaints and I will definitely be staying at this property again.

The only issue I had while staying in this condo is the fact that the house Keeper did not do her job good.The oven had used aluminum foil inside, soap was not provided in one of the bathroom areas, the kitchen trash can was dirty and what made it more disgusting I found a thong in one of the bathroom drawers.Overall the rooms where very nice but not the cleanliness in the condo.

Mostly great experience

We loved everything about this place except for the sink and dishes in the kitchen! There weren’t very many necessary cooking utensils and the pans weren’t all that great to use because everything stuck to them and we ended up buying some of our own cooking utensils so we could cook. The garbage disposal wouldn’t work and there was food stuck in it so the smell was kind of bad but wasn’t unbearable. But other than those two things the stay was great!
