Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located directly on the beach in Panama City Beach, FL. This spacious and inviting unit offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for your next vacation.

The living room and bedrooms are bright and airy, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the ocean. The comfortable seating area is perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The bedrooms feature one king-size bed in the master and 2 double beds in the other bedroom, allowing everyone to comfortably stay in the unit. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, making this condo perfect for that beach getaway.

Seachase Condominiums are located on the west end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Included with this unit are 2 parking passes for parking across the street at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort. Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Be Advised

This property is owned by Sandpiper Beacon NOT a private owner or private owner’s LLC hosting this unit- Seachase Condos. They purchased multiple properties last year from Seachase, and I’ll explain what this means if you specifically chose Seachase and found this property in your search: 1: check-in 5:00 pm which is unheard of. I come down every other month to rent at various properties in the area and have never had a 5:00 pm check-in before- ever- especially during off season. 2. There is a fee each night to park on Seachase property (where this condo is located). Again- also unheard of- I stayed at this property last February and owner/operated units did not charge a per night parking fee. You can park for free down the street at Sandpiper Beacon (new owners of this unit), but people with mobility issues should not consider because it’s a trek.3. You must ‘check-in’ at Sandpiper Beacon which is close by but has terrible parking on street or across-road which isn’t mobility friendly. You’ll then.. by their policy… be ‘required’ and branded with a wrist brand they will place on your wrist at check in- only removable by scissors even if you have no intentions of stepping foot on their property to use the amenities they offer. 4. I cannot disclose the amount plus tax per night I paid to park on the property I booked because my review would be flagged. 5. I’m limited at number of characters but overall do not recommend this unit.
