FREE Beach Service Included (March 1 – October 31 weather depending)
Enjoy two padded lounge chairs and a large umbrella set up daily directly on the beach (weather permitting).

Regency Towers is one of the most established and family-friendly beachfront resorts in Panama City Beach, offering outstanding amenities at an exceptional value. Guests enjoy over 650 feet of direct beachfront, two large Gulf-front pools, an indoor hot tub spa, poolside tiki bar, shuffleboard courts, and two spacious grilling areas. The resort provides a relaxed atmosphere ideal for families, couples, and snowbirds alike.

The location on the east end of Panama City Beach offers easy access to outdoor adventure, dining, and entertainment while avoiding the heavy traffic of the west end. The condo is located just one mile west of St. Andrews State Park, known for hiking trails, fishing, snorkeling, and pristine beaches. Nearby marinas offer deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat rentals, and Jet Ski rentals.

Popular local restaurants close by include J. Michael’s, The Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Restaurant, Schooners, and Billy’s Oyster Bar. For nightlife, you are just a short drive from Spinnaker Beach Club and Club La Vela.

This is a non-pet property. Documented service animals are permitted in accordance with regulations.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

Cancellation Policy:
A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you. If you cancel for any reason this down payment is nonrefundable.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice-

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

This condo was one of my absolute favorites and I have stayed in multiple different condo’s at the Regency Resort, the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean and had everything you could need, loved this place and would definitely rent from this host in the future!!!

Cozy beach front

We’ve stayed at Regency Towers for almost 20 years and this condo has been our favorite yet! Ocean view, clean, comfortable beds and couch and rental included beach chairs which is a huge plus!

This place is great! It is in a perfect location, oceanfront and the pools with the food place in the middle is fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

4th floor and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have rented this 4th floor condo and it’s the perfect location! When the elevators are full it’s not too far to walk the stairs. It’s clean and quiet and with a perfect view.

My group of friends take this trip to PCB every year. This has been one of my favorite stays so far. It is a little bit towards the end of town so a lot less traffic but still close enough to be in reach. Also the dollar store across the road helped so much with last minute essentials!

Very clean with perfect view

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Regency Towers and it’s the perfect location. Great view from 4th floor. Fireworks were amazing from the balcony! Condo was very clean with all the amenities. 4th floor was perfect as we used the stairs alot since there are a limited number of elevators. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. Love the two pool options including one heated plus the hot tub. Easy beach access with chairs and an umbrella set up and ready for us daily. Best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have stayed at. No problems encountered during our stay. We will use them again!

Great location, very spacious condo

Our family has a great time. This condo is very spacious. We loved having the tiki bar by the pool. Great prices and great food. Also we were able to rent jet skis/banana baiting right down on our beach! Very convenient location for grocery, restaurants, and fun times. The condo was missing just a few things in the kitchen that would’ve been helpful, but not enough to complain about.

My husband and I spent the week relaxing! Great condo everything we needed was there. 4th floor convenient to pool and beach. Loved not having to walk far to the beach. Tiki hut was a plus! Chairs on the beach was great! Bedrooms were huge! We will be back!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Towers!! The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants without being in the “touristy” area of PCB. Our unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We met the owners, they were such a sweet couple! They offered advice and opinions on where to eat and things to do! I highly recommend this unit! Beach access was great, short walk down the steps to the sand. Bikini Bob’s had good food and drinks. If you’re planning a trip to PCB, check out this unit!!

Relaxing & Fun

The owners were quick to answer with any issues we had and got it fixed promptly. The room was updated and clean. Being on the 4th floor was perfect so we never had to rely on the elevator. The condo has a great pool area and you don’t have to walk forever to get to the ocean.

Vacation Stay

I know Regency Towers has been in Panama City for many years. I’m guessing someone owns the condo we stayed in. The one thing I noticed while there was a lot of dust and lent in the laundry area which is understandable if using the dryer but could have been vacuumed up.
