Luxurious Penthouse Breath Taking Gulf Views - Check Out End Of Season Specials

Penthouse 14 is a top floor unit in the Pinnacle Port Condominiums which is located within Carillon Beach. This is a gated community with a private beach. This is a spectacular property surrounded by water on 3 sides.

Lake Powell is great for boating, fishing, nature watching, and many water sports. The gulf of Mexico welcomes you on the other side.

The community has a large indoor outdoor gulf front pool, tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard. Other family activites include sand volleyball, walks to the adjacent nature preserve and if the clouds happen to roll in the video arcade! There is an exercise room, saunas, a wireless room and countless other amenities to enjoy while on vacation.

You are also a short walk to the Carillon shops enjoy: pizza, ice cream, coffee, family dining and music and walk back home. (If you don't want to you dont even have to leave the community!!)

This top floor penthouse condo with 2 balconies, both with wonderful gulf views, has been totally upgraded. It is one of the plushest in the entire resort. Three bedrooms: 1 down and 2 up and 3 bathrooms make this a perfect family getaway.

Your family will love staying here. There is something for everyone of every age to do here at Pinnacle Port! The family will want to come back year after year to enjoy this wonderful water paradise.

We had an awesome time! With 3 BR and 3 BA there was more than enough room. The building elevators all worked and everyone we met there was so nice. The food at the poolside cafe was very good and reasonably priced. I would suggest to anyone parking a car that you stay away from the sprinklers. Not only does the water smell bad, the stains are still on my windshield and hood even after a trip through the carwash . Learned that lesson and Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We stayed at this place for a week and it was perfect. Location was ideal as it was right on the beach, and it was within walking distance of a lovely ice-cream shop and other amenities. The owner was prompt any time we had a question, and was very helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. The views were great! Nice indoor pool for the cool, rainy days. Grocery stores nearby. The Carrillon Beach restaurants were very good and we could walk to them. Would recommend this property.

The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. The location is great for a family. The condo was clean and has everything you need for your vacation. The only negative ill give it is the A/C did not work well. Being on the top floor by about mid day it would get up to 80 degrees and stay that way till 11:00 or 12:00 at night.

Easy check in. Nice place with plenty of seating. Nice views from both balconies. Nicely equipped with everything you need. I’ve stayed in the tower five times now and this felt like the roomiest. Great price and seems like a great owner. Only thing I can pick at would be the upstairs master had terrible sheets on the bed. They had fuzz balls that were itchy. The ventilation is not good in bathroom. Not sure if it can be improved or not. I loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for renting to us this past week!

Great retreat on the beach!

We loved our time at this great condo.The pictures were very accurate of the description. It was very spacious and the views were wonderful.it was well equipped and had a lot of storage and room for everything. The air conditioning worked great and loved having no carpet.The 2 balconies were very spacious also.The owner was very good to work with and the process was easy.We loved having 3 baths and 3 beds so we will most definitely return

Nice family vacation spot. Location was good and facility was nice. Fully equipped unit with great manager service. Upstairs has great beach view. Water pressure was low in the upstairs bathrooms. The dryer in unit wasn't drying efficiently and the bathrooms weren't clean(removable shower curtain had mold on bottom of it).
