This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! Recently redecorated for a more "beachy" feel. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. This condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1602 in Tower 1 on the 16th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a new king size premium bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, wall mounted 40" ROKU smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size premium bed, private bath and wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a wall mounted 32" ROKU Smart TV

The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed, a wall mounted 24" ROKU smart TV and a Blue Ray player

We enjoyed all aspects of this rental! We cooked almost all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen, sat on the balcony to enjoy the sunsets, walked the beach, swan in the pools! We even saw a dolphin from the balcony one morning! Such a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay into the New Year! This is our second year in a row staying at the condo and our family loves it. We have a multi-generational group and the 4 bedrooms give every family a place to call home for the week. The location of this resort is wonderful, it's right on the gulf and you can walk to many restaurants and activities. The kids loved Rockit Bowl and the half off arcade games on Tuesdays! The balcony is large and the perfect place for coffee in the morning and gorgeous sunsets. Ray and Susan are extremely responsive to messages and great hosts! We will be back again in the future.

After our first condo reservation (at a different resort)fell thru at 7PM, we were scrambling to find another option when we found this one. I sent a message to hosts to see if there was any chance to accommodate am evening check-in for today and the hosts called me within 10 mins. We were in their amazing condo, within an hour!! Seriously, they saved our Christmas vacation!! We were a group of 10 (6 kids) their bonus closet was stocked with beach/pool toys and chairs, the views were stunning and everything about it was so perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this condo and we hope to book again in the future!

Our room was great, it had everything we needed for 12 people to enjoy a week in Panama City. Full amenities in kitchen, an abundance of beach and water toys, comfortable beds, very clean when we got there
 everything we could ask for. Ray and Susan even made an extra effort to let us get into the unit early since our other plans fell through when we got to town. Great response from them any time we had a question. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Family Tradition

My family has been coming to PCB since my kids were babies, so we were excited to bring our grandkids. We loved staying in big condo with plenty beds and bathroom for everyone. We also enjoyed the unit having extra beach chairs, toys, and games for us. The owners were quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the pools, restaurants and Starbucks.
