Majestic Beach Tower 1-1611- Gulf front~2 bedroom~2 bath - Sleeps 6!

Beautiful 2 bedroom gulf front condo is well-stocked and furnished. The unit has a full kitchen with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete cookware sets and utensils. Washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

Our condo in Tower 1 is very clean, well-maintained and beautifully furnished and decorated. The master bedroom has a big bathroom with a beautifully updated shower, sink & vanity and a walk-in closet. It has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and a bathroom connected. Our huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meal. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa and a 42" flat screen tv. The unit has its own tiled balcony for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white sand beaches. Being on the 16th floor, you have your own privacy and you also get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf.

Majestic Beach Resort has the most amenities among other resorts. The resort features outdoor pools, two indoor pools (one for each tower), baby pool, hot tubs, poolside bar and grill. It also has a market with Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. The resort has a theatre (stadium type seating) and a tennis court.

Pier Park is approximately 5 miles away. Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, all directly outside your door.

Condo 1-1611 is located in Tower 1 on the 16th floor at Majestic Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $50 Registration fee paid online for parking (not included with registration)

Wonderful Location

The property was wonderful. Very clean, well kept and in a great location to beach and outside activities. Hotel had several amenities which were a fantastic bonus. I had constant contact with Farah and she was wonderful through the entire process. We will be back.

Awesome beach front condo

From the check in to check out, everything was smooth, trouble free, and easy. (Thanks Farah for always checking in with us and answering all my questions!) At the check in we were met by smiling helpful staff and easily found our condo with their directions. The condo was just right for us, well appointed & comfy! The balcony and lounge chairs were nice to relax on after a day of fun in the sun and shopping. I would definitely recommend this condo & hope to rent it again soon!

Great condo

The condo was great! Very clean and enough space to accommodate everyone and then some! The property manager Farrah was awesome and very communicative. Only issue I had with the resort were the elevators, they are not air conditioned and take forever!! Already looking at booking again!

We stayed in this condo for 4 days and it was perfect! Loved the balcony with beautiful views of ocean. Condo equipped with stuff for cooking. My kids enjoyed all the variety of pools. Starbucks and bar and grill by pool for drinks and quick lunch. Perfect location. Close to many restaurants and putt putt. Quick drive to Walmart

The condo looks just like it does online. Couch is comfortable. They only issue was the bathroom. It smelled moldy after use the liners full of mold. Otherwise, would stay there again.

The Majestic & 1-1611

Tower 1-1611 was a good place for our 5-night getaway. The Majestic has the check-in & check-out down to a smooth science. Being on the 16th floor offered great views. There are 2 very fast elevators that move guests quickly. Prior to check-in, we received the clear & informative check-in & check-out instructions from Farah, our contact The unit was quite clean. The disposable towels & toiletries in our bathrooms were a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils & soap. Had an issue with 1 of the TV's, but it was handled promptly. The Majestic is in a great location, but with that comes street noise. And our bedrooms were on the street side of the unit. Would rent again.

Pleasant experience

The location of the property was great. How we the elevator situation checking in was a bit annoying. Another set of elevators would have been helpful. I think this is just a problem with all high-rises. The condo itself had plenty of room for my wife and I with our three kids. Everything seemed to work fine and was clean upon arrival. Property manager was very communicative, which is a huge plus. I knew if I needed to, I could reach her very quickly.
