Majestic Tower 2-1104 Come And Enjoy The Perfect Sunsets On The Large Balcony

Come enjoy our home away from home. Majestic Beach Towers I & II are two of the most amenitized buildings on our coast. Featuring 650 feet of Gulf frontage, a market with Starbucks, three outdoor pools, two indoor pools, including a splash pool and waterfall and two hot tubs. Majestic Beach Towers also feature a 130 stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, poolside bistro and bar and covered parking.

This three bedroom, two bath condominium, located on the 11th floor Tower 2, comfortably sleeps six adults(you can add 2 for Sleeper sofa) . The condo has plenty of extras that make it feel more like home. I live close-by so I am available to answer any questions about the unit or about the area (feel free to call). We provide necessities (laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc.) to help you get to the beach as soon as possible.

The living room has a 65 inch smart TV and a DVD player and upgraded cable. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and unbelievable sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped with solid surface countertops, GE appliances, built in microwave, breakfast bar and everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached bathroom with deep garden whirlpool tub, double sink and vanity, walk-in shower, ceiling fan and a 55 inch flat screen smart TV. Upgraded cable

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, ceiling fan and attached bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV.

Loved the Condo!

A friend and I took our kids and some friends on their Senior trip last week. We were HIGHLY impressed with the condo. It was SO clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything needed! The area was perfect for us to walk to dinner or find entertainment. Also perfect location to stores and shops. Would absolutely return!

Another great stay!

Another great stay at Dale’s condo in PCB. The condo has plenty of room, great amenities at the Majestic and Dale is a great host. Communication is quick with response and genuine care that your trip is great. This is our second time staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place and trip!

We got there early and met with the owner and loved him! He was really nice and helpful and he was easy to get ahold of and communicate with when and if we needed him! The place was in a great location and out of all the crazy traffic but still close to everything you will need or what close by there and it was big enough for all of us and we had 7 in our group! The place was very clean and easy to check in and check out along with easy parking. If you come when it’s not busy then you get two carts to load and unload your stuff to and from the car. Staff at the place is always around and checking on everyone there and keeping their guests happy and making sure everyone is safe. There was an ice maker in our car pace which was amazing not having to leave to go get ice everyday! There is some extra chairs and sand toys and things there if you need to borrow them or forget yours while there. Beach is very clean and easy to access and has multiple ways to get down there along with two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, and three hot tubs! In our group we had ages from 6 to 62 so anyone would love this place and condo! There was not long wait times for the elevators which was great! You will not be disappointed with this place or the owner! We will definitely be booking again!!

This was a beautiful condo location was good. Did touch base with owner regarding some repairs needed and a few housekeeping issues overall for price was a great deal. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in PCB for our Spring Break vacation! The whole process of arranging the property through leaving the property was very easy. The property itself was great with everything we needed available when we weren't being beach bums. Would definitely stay again if we visit PCB for future vacations.

Dale, the property manager, was extremely helpful with communication & went above and beyond to make sure we knew every detail we needed. Check in was simple and the condo was exactly as pictured. Beach front & the Majestic is a wonderful resort. We are extremely pleased and will definitely keep Dale & his condo rentals on our go-to list.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time! The location was great and well kept. Dale was great at getting back with us when we had questions. The down side was that a pool was closed for maintenance and the other pool was not as big as the picture shows. We spent our time at the beach!
