All of these amenities are conveniently located on the fifth floor (the same floor as this unit), as well as vending machines!

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a large television, and breathtaking views of the pool and gulf. Step onto the unit's private fenced deck where you can dine or enjoy a cocktail overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also has great views, a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. - Parking: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $50 (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Additional Parking Passes may be purchased for an additional $50/each. A link to pay the Registration Fee and for any additional Parking Passes will be sent via email prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
