UPGRADES: We are pleased to provide our guests with upgraded living room furnishings providing comfort and ample seating for everyone. In addition, we have upgraded the balcony furnishings! Enjoy the balcony conversational set and take in the views of our beautiful beach, in comfort, on the oversized 270 square foot balcony.

FEATURES
Come stay in Ocean Reef 1006. This condo is located on the perfect 10th floor! Not too high and not too low. Awesome views of the beautiful quartz-white beaches and emerald coast waters. This condo owner keeps the condo maintained for guests to enjoy and would love to have you. The oversized 270 sq ft balcony includes dining table and chairs and 2 chaise loungers for the perfect enjoyment of the peaceful views and sounds of the waves. Have a meal with a view or enjoy those stress free naps in one of the best locations imaginable! Picture yourself and your family/guests on this huge balcony, with ample room for all, having a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine watching the absolutely beautiful sunsets and the dolphins playing in the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico!!

UPDATES:
This beautiful condo was the model home in the building and has many upgrades and is beautifully decorated.

CONVENIENCE
The living room has the colors of green that go so well with the magnificent view outside and a 55" HDTV for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need for a home away from home. The Master Bedroom has a king-size pillow-top mattress and the Master Bath has been upgraded with twin bowl sinks. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-size pillow-top mattress and Twin Bunk bed as well as all the upgrades in the Guest Bath. There is a brand new full-size washer & dryer to get your maximum laundry done during your stay. 1146 sq. ft of pure comfort. The owner has also provided, for your convenience, upgraded comfort height toilets!

BEACH AND LOCATION
Ocean Reef is a condominium development on the west side of Panama City Beach and includes 330 feet (a football field+) of beach. This development has one of the widest and deepest beaches in town. The famous Pier Park is located just over 1 mile west of Front Beach Road. Eat at the beach without having to get in your car! That's right, one of the most delicious beach-front restaurants and bars, Runaway Island, is right next door! This restaurant is highly rated and has a large back patio for your elegant dining directly on the beach. Eat, drink, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets with the convenience of a 2-3 minute walk over from Ocean Reef.

For the kids and adults alike, right across the street is an awesome miniature golf course and go cart track. Ocean Reef features an outdoor swimming pool, overlooking the gulf, and an indoor pool that is heated in the winter. A huge hot tub over looks the gulf also. What an experience!!! And... don't forget the steam room, sauna and fitness for you to take advantage of to get the kinks out of that every day life back home.

Panama City Beach has everything to offer for every member of the family and is already becoming a great destination year round. There is no doubt it has the 'Most Beautiful Beaches in the here ...in Panama City Beach!!!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great, the beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for 4 adults. The balcony seating is awesome and we loved sitting out there. We had no trouble getting in the pool and hot tub (meaning there was not 100 kids in them ). The check in and checkout process was so easy and convenient. The only 2 downfalls to our stay is we drove in and have a 4 door dodge ram and the parking is very tight and I mean very tight. And the second is the elevators. There are 3 elevators and one of them didn’t work the entire weekend and then a second elevator went down on our last night there with ppl inside it and the fire department had to come and get them out. We didn’t notice any noise from our neighbors while we were there so that was a definite plus. We had plenty of clean towels and everything in the kitchen that we needed. The chairs and umbrella on the beach was great also and they had extra chairs and umbrellas in the room so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The full washer and dryer is always a plus.

When I booked this prompt, I didn't realize Panama City Beach was a hot spot for spring breakers, but I was pleasantly surprised that this property was actually more families. It was close to several attractions. The condo itself was perfect! All in all, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying here in the future.

A lovely getaway

We so enjoyed our visit in what the owners call their little slice of heaven. It truly is. Sunsets from the balcony stunning. Home was clean and well stocked. Also very quiet. That is always a plus for us. As someone else mentioned the parking garage is a bit of a challenge but tolerable. Recommend this property to anyone.

This was a great condo. It was very homey and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The balcony was the biggest I’ve seen and very well laid out with the furniture choices. The parking garage was weird and difficult at times but I’m glad we had an assigned parking space. We will def stay here again!

Memorial Day trip

This condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. It was close to good restaurants, and right across the street from an arcade and mini golf. The only downside to staying here was it wasn't close to a grocery store. We like to park when we get to a condo and avoid driving the whole trip if we can. Also the parking garage was a pain to navigate. If you're in an SUV or truck it's nearly impossible.

Relaxing time at Ocean Reef

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef at PCB. The condo was up to date, had nice furniture and most of all was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of beach items. We loved the big balcony! We will definitely be back.

Great spot that is clean and close to everything you need. Far enough at end to not be a college spring break if you're with family. They had many beach items available as well. Hope to come back.
