Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Bottoms Up", Condo 116 is located in Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 1st floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site registration fee for your parking pass & amenity armbands for your group. Sleeps 6
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

As soon as you walk in the condo, you notice the modern decor and spacious floorplan. The wooden floors, white cabinets, neutral tones, and nautical themed decor is perfect for giving you the feeling of staying in your friend’s cozy and cool beach house. The spectacular views of the tropical pool & courtyard, bright emerald water of the Gulf and sugar white beach on the horizon is truly a breathtaking site. .

The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, and is stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 3 seats at the table & 3 seats at the bar, there's room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or on the balcony table while you enjoy the view!

The open-concept layout leading to the living room, you'll find comfortable seating for everyone in your group. A queen sized sleeper sofa, oversized chair, and smartTV, makes it the perfect place to relax after a fun day in the sun. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private balcony with RARE POOL DECK GATE - you can walk directly to the pool deck from your balcony! No elevators needed! End your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous lagoon style pool and the azure-colored waters of the Gulf!

The master bedroom features a a view of the tropical pool & courtyard, a TV for watching your favorite shows before bed, and a king-sized bed to spread out in so you can wake up well-rested for the next day’s adventures, You can also use the attached full bathroom to rinse the sand off of your feet before hopping under the plush sheets. The updated ensuite full bath has a vanity with great lighting and a shower/ tub combo.
The Bunkroom has a twin/twin bunkbed, and its own ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. A full sized washer & dryer is available in the condo for guests convenience. There's also free WiFi in the condo & throughout the resort.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of tropical pool space with a zero entry side that's great for kids, a large hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, and a Charcoal Grill/Picnic area. Indoors you'll find a heated pool and hot tub, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, a Donut/Coffee Shop in the Lobby and a large Banquet/Meeting Room available to rent. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site.

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use.
The resort also has a "Take a Toy, Leave a Toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
