Emerald Escape, Condo 1216, is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and located in the Shores of Panama Resort, with a highly desirable reserved parking spot located on the 3RD FLOOR. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site resort packet required by the resort for your 1 parking pass & 6 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

It's stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 4 seats at the table & 3 seats at the bar, there's room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or take it out to your extra large, private balcony & and watch the dolphins play in the waves.

There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

This condo has both a regular & Keurig coffee maker

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
