Welcome to Calypso Resort 2102 East Tower, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that features luxury, comfort and beautiful views of the Gulf. Calypso Resort is right smack in the center of all the action. It's within short walking distance to Pier Park and Restaurants.

As you enter this condo you're gaze is immediately drawn to the wall of glass that leads to your private balcony where you'll find yourself relaxing, enjoying time with family and watching the waves hit the glistening sands. The living area features beautiful views of the Gulf and the Pool which accommodates 2 additional quests on the sleep sofa. This condo comfortably sleeps 8. The dining are accommodates 9 with a table for 6 and 3 chairs at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to create masterful dining menus for the family.
The Gulf front Master Suite features a King bed, private balcony access and a bathroom for the ultimate in convenience. Guest Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the Guest bath. Guest Bedroom #2 is a bunk room featuring Twin bunk beds and flat screen TV. Don't forget this also has a washer and dryer, so everything you need is right here!

I would say the location of this condo and view make it the perfect stay. We spent time at the pool and ocean during the stay. The tiki bar was convenient and reasonably priced. You can get groceries delivered (Walmart) and food. Just be careful and include Tower East with the floor and unit number. 99% of the time you can get the goods delivered correctly. Condo was clean and did contain most things you would need. I would recommend bringing some paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Plenty of towels to go around. The laundry room has a storage closet with most of the beach needs for kids. Check that out before you make a hall to Walmart which very close and easy to get to. Elevators - now I know many people have their doubts about wait times. 21st floor out of 23 can seem like it would take a long time. During the third weekend of July (peak summer) I only had to wait at most 4-7 minutes. Most of the time I was able to get on the elevator quickly. Know the peak hours people are coming and going and work around that. 7-9am and 4-6pm were the busiest. If rain rolls in expect a wait as well as people leave the beach and pool. Ironically while we were leaving lightning struck and the elevators shutdown. Not sure if that is a common thing but the lightning strike was very close. We ended up taking our remaining items down 18 floors of stairs to the parking garage which is accessed from the 3rd floor. It was ok, but we made it out. Overall I enjoyed the stay!

Lots of Space - great for family

This condo fit our family with teens + their friends perfectly. The view from this floor was excellent. We loved watching sun rise and set every day. Could see lots of marine life from this level. Extra beach towels were great. We could all fit at the kitchen table for dinner. Great washer & dryer. Overall property was great - could use some updates, decor & finishings were a bit outdated. Only complaint was lack of kitchen utensils / ones provided were old plastic. Grad your own spatula and a new pan, etc at walmart when you get groceries if you plan to cook at all. Overall, great condo!

The listing said the condo was newly remodeled. It looks like new paint, but the kitchen and bathrooms are very old. The television in the family room did not work. I called the owner and he sent someone out. They confirmed it was broken, but it was not replaced. We were unable to watch tv as a family. I was very disappointed.

We stayed in a unit 2 years ago and the unit we stayed in this time was like night and day. It was so much wrong we begin to feel like nobody clean the place and the owners were not aware of the things we were reporting. We ended up with a list and I sent list to owner after we left and because they never responded I am giving them a bad review.

Best condo ever

We had a great stay at Calypso! We have stayed at many condos at Calypso before. I will say this place is the cleanest by far. The owners truly go above and beyond to make sure there guests have everything in the condo they need. Thank you Terry & Kim for a great stay!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Week in PCB

My husband and a group of our friends stayed in this beautiful property for a week. Calypso is where we stay every year. This particular condo was set up perfectly! Extra kitchen items, plenty of fresh clean towels, extra trash bags, and a closet full of fun beach toys. We had a small hiccup with needing a second parking garage pass, but he owners were on top of it. We will most defiantly stay in this condo again!

Lack of furniture

1st and 2nd bedroom only had night stands. No dresser or chests. Living room only has sofa sleeper and recliner. Sleeps 8 but nowhere in living room to sit. Had to buy forks for kitchen. Only had 2. Only 3 wrist bands and 2 broken ones. Oven wasn’t clean. We put pizza in and smoked up kitchen due to spilled grease in oven. Condo was nicely decorated.

Girls Trip!

Recently, my Mom, myself and my 3 daughters had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo! It was truly the nicest, cleanest, most beautiful property we have stayed in at PCB! The views are absolutely amazing! The beds were all comfy & the owner has truly outdone themselves when it comes to making the process easy! Parking and checking in was a breeze. The elevators were fast, the pools were very nice & the beach chairs that come with the condo were fabulous! My girls also thoroughly enjoyed all of the beach toys, boogie boards and floats the owner provided as well! And the location is great - literally walk out the door and half a block to Pier Park where there are lots of restaurants & shopping! We had been there for about 10 mins and heard a knock at the door and it was the cleaning lady bringing back 2 brand new, very nice blow dryers to replace the ones that were in the unit. That was so nice and thoughtful of the owners to do. I could wake up to the view from the master bedroom everyday for the rest of my life!!! If you are looking for a beautiful place with the perfect location to stay, book this condo now!!! It does not disappoint & we will definitely be booking through Terry & Kim again! Thanks guys for a great, clean & comfy stay!!!

Property was cleaned and smelled amazing all week long. They gave us access to all pool and beach toys and floats!! Came with 2 free beach chairs which was awesome!! The owner was really helpful and very easy to contact. We had no issues and would stay at this condo again!! Plus, the calypso location is perfect !
