As you enter 'Aberdeen' you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio all in one large and connected space. You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio overlooking the Village of South Walton and 30A. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep. This beach access is a private beach access for the guests who are staying in Seacrest and the Village of south Walton.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.

Great stay! Location is amazing. Center of Seacrest and a very short walk to Rosemary and Alys. Place is clean and beautifully renovated. We will definitely be back!

Excellent property

Property was clean and upgraded. I would rent again just for the beautiful bathrooms! Only negative was 9:00am checkout and a extra charge for early check in. ($125.00 for 2 hour early arrival).

Great Spot

We booked last minute. If you know the area, the condo is in a great location looking at the Gulf right there in Seacrest village. The condo is newly refurbished. The master bed and bath is huge. The second bedroom is a little tight with a king bed. The kids room has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and an extra mattress to pull out. The shuttles to the beach worked well. It is about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Seacrest has one beach access point and the private area is extremely crowded. The two pools for this condo are ok. The newer pool is primarily for babies. We had no problem finding parking spots. The condo unit was very quiet. Elevator worked well.
