This 23-story gulf front luxury resort is loaded with amenities including a 13,965 square foot gulf front pool & hot tub, heated indoor pool and hot tub, on-site covered parking, fitness center, 2 tiki bars serving food and cocktails, beach activities, rental services, off-site excursions, high speed internet access and more.

This luxury vacation property has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and a flat screen tv in each with 2 full baths, and a twin bunkbed with a Âœ bath in the hall. This vacation property offers you comfortable beds, so you can have peace of mind knowing that you will have the best night’s sleep you can get to recharged for your next vacation adventure. In the master bedroom you have a door for private access to the balcony.

Host is amazing. Condo was clean and beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. The building is like a maze. Lots of walking and elevators were slow and usually full. Parking garage is crazy!!! But i cant complain at all about the condo and the host. Will book with him if he has other condos in a different building

Hiccup in the beginning but overall was great

The cleaning crew had a hiccup when we arrived. Property manager was quick to respond and get everything taken care of. The resort itself is very nice. We even ate at the restaurant next door two nights in a row.

The Condo is very spacious, the beds are comfortable, gives lots of privacy for families. The views are to die for. It is on the 21st floor with a wrap around balcony with views for miles. A WE WILL BE RENTING AGAIN. Pictures do not do. this room no justice the view is breathtakingly beautiful

Great Views! Place is better than expected.

Really enjoyed our stay! Mateen was exceptional to work with! Elevators were a little rough but wasn't as bad as expected. Just watch peak hours. Would definitely book this condo again. Updated furniture verus pictures on Vrbo. Looked great!

Amazing views from this condo!

The balcony was our favorite part of this condo! I watched dolphins, sea turtles, and even a manatee from the balcony in the mornings and the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings were breathtaking! Great views all the way around! Beds were very comfortable in both rooms we used! Thank you to the family who left the wagon for others to use, it sure came in handy for us! Mateen was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed! We even decided to stay an extra day at the last minute and he helped make it an easy process!

Great condo!

We had a great time at this location. Just as described, very spacious. The balcony was amazing. The only downside was we went on the 4th of July, so it was extremely crowded. Great place to watch fireworks (especially from the balcony), but waiting for an elevator was insane. The complementary chair rental was nice to have. It was at the resort next door, but with the crowds, we preferred it! Also, you will need to bring basic supplies such as paper goods, foil, baggies, salt & pepper etc. There was some beach chairs & a few floats there. We also left a boogie board & some goggles for the next guests.

Great stay!

The property was just as described online, check in was effortless and the views spectacular. Lateen was a joy to work with. Made sure we had everything we needed and offered help if needed. The parking garage can get backed up around dinner time so pan accordingly. Elevators waits are long like any other high rise condo in the area. We just planned around wait times and it wasn’t a big deal to us. We would definitely look to book with Mateen again!

Unit 2129 was great. Perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Everything work as is should. Kitchen was equipped. Assigned parking was great but the parking garage is challenging. The owner is attentive and very nice.

Great place!

The condo was awesome! Clean and lots of space! The view is unforgettable! The only downside to our stay was the resort elevators, which is no fault of the property manager. This condo is on the 21st floor and we had some difficulties with elevators and had to carry our luggage- just prepare for long wait times or try to plan arriving/leaving outside of rush times! Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better condo!

We had an amazing vacation. The condo was very nice with amzing view.

We enjoyed our stay. Mateen was very sweet when we arrived. We spoke several times and he offered in helping find restaurants and activities for us to enjoy. We have been to panama and destin several times and never had someone take the additional steps to ensure our vacation was perfect like he did. We had an issue with two balcony doors and he had someone fix them the very next day which wasnt really an issue with us but wanted to let him know about them. We decided to stay an extra night and he got that set up for us within minutes. The condo was as it was pictured and very clean with an amazing view of the ocean. The location was perfect for us to walk to alot of our favorite places. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!
