Ocean Reef #1604 is located on the 16th floor at Ocean Reef. As soon as you walk in the door you will be taken away by the breathtaking view!

The living area is beautifully decorated, in lovely beach themed tones, with a comfortable sofa, two recliners, tables, ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV and DVD player. The living area opens to the private balcony as well as the master suite.

The master suite is accommodated with a comfortable king size bed with premium mattress and beautiful bed linens, side table with USB and electric outlets, ceiling fan, dresser, and flatscreen TV. The suite also opens to the private balcony which is great for viewing the ocean, watching the birds fly by or listening to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. The master suite also has a private master bathroom which is accommodated with bath linens.

The guestroom has two queen size beds with premium mattresses, ceiling fan, side table with USB and electric outlets, two dressers, and flatscreen TV hung on the wall. The guestroom also opens to the guest bathroom. There you will find all the bath linens you need for a comfortable stay.

The dining area has a lovely glass top dining table that will comfortably seat six. More seating is located at the large breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is outfitted with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The owner has spared no expense and has provided all you’ll need to prepare and serve a delicious meal while on vacation.

The private balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the Gulf’s endless water, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished with a sofa, two chairs and ottomans, and a dining room table with four chairs, providing a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises, board games with family and friends and romantic dinners. Our guests find that if they are not on the beach, then they are on their private balcony!

Ocean Reef is only 1-2 miles from the most popular shopping and entertainment venue, Pier Park, making it an easy walk. Also surrounding Ocean Reef is plenty of dining and entertainment. Perfect location!

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
