The Summit is one of the best resorts in Panama City Beach and is the perfect place to bring your family on vacation! Not only are there exciting activities onsite, but the Summit is located within walking distance of many strip malls, great restaurants, and amusement parks. There is fun for everyone!

Watch the dolphins play from your own private balcony overlooking two large swimming pools(1 heated)as well as the beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. There is easy access to the beach from the pools. You will also find three very inviting hot tubs.

The condo has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, Smart TV, Wireless Internet, 1.5 bathrooms. There is a sectional sofa in the living area and two bunks built into the wall. The condo sleeps 5 people. Free WiFi

Bring additional towels and wash cloths if you like using a different one every day. We rent weekly based on a Saturday to Saturday week only with exception to December January and February.

Nice location

Nice location, equipements and furniture perfect but, this condo need maintenance, all air conditionning vents need to be changed completely also stove hood, and painting refresh needs to be done.

Had some trouble getting in - the host's instructions were unclear. Place was decent, but needs a refresh and a deep clean. Like: Sofa is especially sad and the upholstery smells like sweat. No dish towels or pot holders. We were afraid to use the cooktop due to the large crack in it. King size pillows were in standard size pillow cases, so one end stuck out. Pillows really need to be replaced - they were super flat.Positives: the view is great, pools are nice, beach service is good. Bed was comfortable.

Only one pool was open for half of our trip. Lots of construction going on but understand things need to get done. For part of our stay we had big ropes hanging in front of our balcony cause of construction. The room was not as clean as I was hoping. Clumps of hair stuck to bottom of bathroom door and on the tub. Other cosmetic stuff that was told to us the day we were arriving. But it worked and we had fun still.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. The unit was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues during our stay. It was OK

The condo was good for the price. The cleaning crew could have done a better job upon our arrival. We had to clean the whole condo again when we arrived. Sand, dirt, hair and food in the sink. Bathtub was clogged. It they came to fix it. The door knob and key needs some attention, sometimes it took 2 minutes to open or lock it. The condo was well stocked with plates, bowls and other utensils. Beautiful beach and nice pool. I would come again if I didn’t have to pay for the cleaning fee.

We were told in the VEBO listing that there was a washing machine in the Condo so we purchased a drying rack to dry our clothes on. When we arrived, there was no washing machine.

Manger was very friendly and texted to check on us during our stay. Staff at the Summit were great and also very friendly. Check in went smooth and 7 days of relaxing was wonderful. Thank you Jeff for allowing us to stay.

Worst trip I ever had

Got there Saturday afternoon left Monday morning. Sunday night we slept on the couch. The sheets were so old I went and bought new, I figured I would take home. The mattress had so many stains It was truly disgusting the owner never responded. I called vrbo and sent pictures. I’m getting my money bac. Worst experience. The owner and I spoke he got mad at me and sent a picture of a house I once lived in. I assumed he was telling me he knew where I lived. I gave this place 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. If you stay there look at the mattress

Great condo for the price

Condo was clean. Wonderful view of the Gulf. Had an issue with bathroom lights and toilet however, Jeff notified maintenance immediately. My son loved the pools! They were working on the exterior lights when we were there so the pools closed at dusk but that should be resolved soon. Our family will very likely stay here again.
