Welcome to 7 Palms! Brand new to the rental market, newly renovated, gated community and private beach access. Yes, you read that right - private beach access! A rare gem in the 30A area!
The amenities are endless in this complex! As soon as you enter through the gate, you are in paradise. The private beach access is just a quick walk from the back patio of the unit. Also, right outside is a large green area with grills, benches and a beautiful common space. The ground level of the condo unit includes ample parking, an outdoor shower and a few beach chairs to bring to and from the beach!
When you enter the unit, you are greeted by the large open living, kitchen and dining floor plan. The first floor also includes a washer/dryer and access to a large balcony that overlooks the luscious green area. Make your way up to the second floor and two bedrooms await. The Master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with private bathroom and private balcony with a gulf peekaboo. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds with a large shared bathroom.
What more could you ask for? Come spend your vacation at 7 Palms and enjoy a vacation of a lifetime!
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
**No Pets! NO Smoking on the property, including the carport, deck and outdoor shared space.No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.**

Perfect location. Easy check-in. The condo was clean. Amenities - (they thought of everything). I loved it was away from seaside/rosemary beach chaos. Having beach and lake access was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to come back here again!

Easy Access to Beach

The condo is steps away from the beach down the boardwalk. The only problem was the rental chair company Vacayzen did not put the chairs in the right location (Pelican Circle West) as requested. I had to call them three times. The porch on the condo was the best for listening to the waves and having morning coffee.

Best location

We have visited this exact location one other time- it’s a hidden gem. The beach is so secluded compared to other areas along 30A. Just west are dunes, so it’s completely empty on the beach in that area. The property was perfect for a family of 4. The cleaners could have done a tad better of a job (there were areas on the kitchen cabinets that had food stains), and a little food on the kitchen floor, but otherwise was fine. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach, and a beautiful walk. The grounds around 7 palms are wonderful. The balcony isn’t private
that’s the only downside of this rental in my opinion..,but I’ll take that because the beach location can’t be beat!
