For Family Reservations a $750 Refundable Security Deposit is Required

Groups Ages 18-25 are OK however an additional $750.00 = $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit is required and the End of Stay Cleaning Fee will be an additional $450. Both will be adjusted after you book.

Base Price is for 20 guests add $100 + tax = $112 each 21-35 over age 17

Sleep Safe: All linens and towels are included and are 100% commercially sanitized and disinfected after every stay by System Laundry Management Co.

The sand is your back yard directly on the beach. 5500 SQ FT.11 BR 6 BA 2 Kitchens, Hot Tub ^ Heated Pool (11/22-3/31), East Thomas Drive Area Walk to Restaurants. Two large covered decks on the beach side, additional sundeck with built in seating. Parking for 5-6 cars 3 spots covered. Free Wi-Fi, and cable - All Non-smoking

Pet Friendly, a limit of 3 Pets up to 60# $150 1 Dog $75 each for 2nd & 3rd dog. Fees for 2nd & 3rd Dogs will be added to the total shown.

Sleeps up to 29: for family reunions, Small Weddings, Baseball / Softball Teams Thunder Beach or corporate off site seminars. Main part of the house sleeps up to 25 in 6 King beds, 2 Queen beds, Bunk Room 3 Twin & 1 Full beds, and 4 queen sofa sleepers. Adjoining lock out apartment under the same roof sleeps 4 King Bed, Queen Bed.

Handicap wheelchair accessible for Main House 1st floor but Not ADA Compliant.

Exterior Security Surveillance Cameras are positioned in the front and rear on the outside of the house. Front cameras have coverage of the front parking area and front entrances. The rear cameras have coverage of the upper and lower decks, the pool / hot tub areas and the rear entrance. All exterior cameras are offline during every rental period to protect our guests' privacy and cannot be activated remotely. There are no Surveillance Cameras located inside the house.
