The view and beach access were amazing.The house boasted to sleep 16.There were 6 of us.The pictures of the house on the VRBO sight are very old and the description is inaccurate compared to what we saw when we arrived.Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet paper rolls in all bathrooms were incomplete rolls with no supply left.The house looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years.Mold filled grout lined all showers, sinks and knobs. Dust coated vents so thick that air was unable to flow through and on blinds and windowsills.There were extra pillows that looked like they were purchased from a thrift store with no pillow cases on them or in the cabinet.The ice makers, toaster, and dishwasher did not work. There were 3 coffee pots with only one working.If they don’t work, they should be removed from the house.The dishwasher buttons were broken and pushed down into the door.The kitchen was poorly stocked with over 50 plates and 4 bowls. The pots and pans were disgusting peeling stained nonstick.The deck was warped at the joints due to the weight of the hot tub.The house has not been currently painted inside and out as described.Paint was peeling everywhere especially around the window in the kitchen as well as the blinds were gone.There were tv cables from one side of the room to the other.The front door electronic lock worked inconsistently. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.We have pictures to compare to the site as well.

Just location

Property needs a lot of work. Fans and TVs didn’t quite work, rusted furniture outside, broken chairs and blinds inside. Ants everywhere. Half of the toaster works. The coffee maker overflows. And during the storms we had water dripping through the kitchen and main living room windows. Broken tiles everywhere and the ac vents drip water. The positive side of the property is the space and location. Unfortunately will not rent this one again.

The house needs some major repairs made. Outside furniture rusted and wore out and break easily. Ceiling fans duct taped on and don’t work. Overall the house is very run down. The pool spa was drained during our stay. Location was great.

Family Vacation 2025

Staying at this property was absolutely amazing! There’s plenty of room for the whole family. Very spacious and clean. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Very nice guy! My family and I will definitely stay again next year!

Old but convenient location

The place is extremely outdated and there were lots of furniture pieces that were broken when we got there and it was fixed with nails and screws some of which was head level with the toddlers we had. When it rained water came dripping through the kitchen windows and some of the vents which was also a big safety hazard because of the children we had. There’s tiles that are cracked throughout the house and on the stair case. Lacking kitchen items and pillow case covers. The view out back is absolutely beautiful though. If you need a place to stay right on the beach and by pier park it’s a good location, if you’re trying to stay in a relaxing, clean beach house I would look otherwise.

This is the real person who rented this property last week of August 2024! The property management company put a review in my name and gave a great review
here is the real deal
. Dirty, moldy, ants, roaches, broken windows with bandages as repair, all floor tiles broken, holes in walls, dirty pool, dog hair in tubs 
. Needs about 100,00 in renovations .. request current pics before you rent and waste 5,000 on scum
 yes the location is the bomb that’s the ONLY SAVIOR

with issues!

First, the house could be a great house and the location can’t be beat! If the price was not so expensive, I would not be so critical. We paid more than 4,000, and they add cost for everything. I have never been charged extra to check in early when a house is ready.The mattress quality in most rooms is terrible! Strangely enough, the twin beds were the most comfortable. The TV in the 2 twin beds room would not change. You had the luxury of watching ABC. The bathroom near this room has a ho I e kicked into the wall. The shower curtain rings are barely holding together and are rusty.. The bathroom upstairs has no light on the shower side of the room. My daughter showers at night, so she had to take a flashlight with her. There is also a bright lace where they cut into the drywall and fixed by attaching some wood to the wall.The kitchen is probably the worst part. The dishes are all dirty. I rewashed all of the plates and bowls, and a few glasses. There were frying pans with puddles of grease in them. They cover themselves here by posting a note on the refrigerator saying they don’t sanitize anything and cannot be held responsible for whether the dishes are clean. There were 7 forks. I added 7 forks, so that we didn’t have to wash dishes every time we ate. There were no hot pads, so I bought some of those as well. The grill ran out of propane while we were cooking. None of the outside lights work.

Great place to stay

Very spacious house and backyard. Clean. Separate buildings with living quarters in both. Very comfortable and useful Outdoor amenities. The house floor plan was open and accommodating for a large group interaction. Had activities for the guests to occupy their time. Close the some of the best restaurants.

Awful!!!!

Very disappointed with the condition of this house. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the house. The house was very dirty, lots of broken items in the house including a window in the bathroom that I called about as soon as we arrived. Pool did not work it turned green 2 days after we arrived. Will definitely not stay here again. I have pictures of the items that was broken and dirty.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a week. Place couldn’t be any cleaner upon check in, and couldn’t recommend anymore. Great place on the beach, close to all local attractions.

Family trip

The location of the place was perfect. Walkable to many amenities including Pier Park. The view can’t be beat! The place was also very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 10. The only reason I took one star of this the place really could use some maintenance but that did not hinder our stay at all. I just agree with some of the other reviews that state if you are looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a perfect location to walk every where with great views and have a large group this is it!
