Tranquility... the name says it all. Located RIGHT ON the white sugary sands in the heart of Panama City Beach. Go out the back door from the sun room and you are right ON THE BEACH. You will feel the 'tranquility' that the name of this home implies the moment you set foot in the house. Enjoy lounging in the hot tub while gazing at the gulf watching the sun set, or conversing in the sun room which has a 180 degree view of the gulf, or watch TV on one of the four flat screen TVs including the high def 60' TV in the living room or the large screen high def TV in the master bedroom. Programming includes over 200 cable channels including HBO, STARZ, Cinemax, SHOWTIME, and the sports channels. Also free Wi-Fi.

The home is centrally located within Panama City Beach – within walking distance to Pineapple Willie’s, La Vela, and Walmart. Since you are in a residential section of the beach (not next to any condos) it will feel like you have your own private beach!

You will enjoy full use of the entire ground floor of this two-story beach house. Your vacation get-away has five sleeping areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen high definition TV. The second bedroom has a built in full over queen bunk bed, with a twin hideaway underneath, and a flat screen TV. The third sleeping area is a pass-thru bedroom with twin bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle. This area has its own flat screen TV and half bath. It is perfect for the kids. The fourth sleeping area is the sun room, right off the master, with a queen size sleeper sofa. The fifth sleeping area is the living room, which has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are two full baths, and a half bath.

Hot tub and charcoal grill on back porch. Parking for four cars in front driveway.

Note: this property is two separate homes, 'Heart of the Beach' upstairs and 'Tranquility' downstairs. Only Tranquility is available for vacation rental.

It was really weird there I felt watched and felt they were coming in when I was not there

Felt I was being watched the dishes were gross had dust everywhere the lamps haven’t been dusted or anything else saw the biggest roach I’ve ever seen it is not worth what you pay for had a man working the whole time noise the whole time no cleaning crew it’s the people upstairs they were nice though

Tranquility is the correct name!

Tranquility was just that! This home is right on the beach in a row of houses. You pretty much have the beach to yourself but all the fun is right around the corner! Great location. The home is older and has lots of character. Very clean and everything you need. The swing is nestled in the dunes with a beautiful view of the gorgeous beach and gulf. Morning coffee was a must on the swing. On cooler days we sat in the big hot tub with drinks and listened to music while viewing the beach. Beds were comfy. The owner Dennis and his wife live upstairs but respect your privacy. Overall it was a fantastic experience!!!Dennis

This place was absolutely fantastic! We loved every bit of our stay! There was plenty of room to all be together as a family but have our own space at the same time! The neighborhood is awesome and close to any activity you would want to do! We were very happy to find a pet friendly home that was located in such a nice and quiet area. One that made us feel safe while walking our dog at night. The section of beach this property is located on was stunning! Dennis upstairs was very quick to help us when we needed it and was super friendly! This place definitely felt like a home away from home! We greatly looking forward to booking this house in the future!!! The only negative about this place is we wish we booked longer! :)

The online pictures did not depict the actual age and damage to the floors, walls and counter tops windows and screens. Couches were not clean and full of sand as were some of the beds. Family got sick.

Perfect Location!

For the first time all going together, I took my two kids, their spouses, and my grandchildren to PCB for a family mini-vacation. The property is in an excellent location that is convenient to all you will need while at the beach. We all enjoyed the patio, swing and hot tub, and the grandkids had a blast making s'mores around the firepit. The beach is just steps away from the back door of the property, which made it nice when one of the grandkids needed to go inside. The property host was very responsive and wanted to ensure we were happy during our stay.

Right on a beautiful white sand beach. Loved the views of the ocean and sunset from the porch and back room and bench swing. Plenty of beds and clean and comfortable space.

Location Location Location

This place was amazing. We stayed at this prime location with our dogs for 33 days and wish it could have been longer. This property in my opinion could not be in a better location in all of Panama City Beach. Walk out of the back porch is the beautiful white beach with a two person swing, which we used every morning to enjoy our coffee and watch the dolphins. When time to relax even more we would jump into the hot tub and listen to some music. Everything needed was within walking distance, such as several really great restaurants, shopping (Walmart) and entertainment of all sorts. Even though we are older we also enjoyed some of the night life. There is a couple dog parks near by, one of which was on the beach at Pier Park, where there is plenty of shops & restaurants. My dogs loved the beach and all the friendly people that gave them attention. We can’t wait to go back there next year & hopefully stay longer.

My family (including dogs) stayed here for the holiday weekend and very much enjoyed our access to this beach house, the beautiful beach, and other amenities. Would definitely recommend for a large group any time.

Nice place to stay right on the beach!

Location for this house is close to everything. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach and also take a short walk down the beach to pineapple Willly's for some drinks and food.We sat out on the back patio and enjoyed watching the sunsets and our dogs were able to stay out with us with the fenced in patio.Overall this was a nice place to stay for vacation and we had a great time in PCB!

We booked this location for our family For 3 nights over Labor day weekend! We were very pleased with this rental. We had plenty of space for our family of 9

Oldie But A Goodie

This property was much older than the properties around it, but it had its own little personality. It could use a few upgrades, but It was comfy and convenient. We enjoyed every minute!! I would recommend this to everyone. Owner communication and check in were super easy. It had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.
