Welcome to Tip'Sea Starfish Beach House! This 3 story townhouse is steps to the beach with ocean views from both 2nd and 3rd floor balconies! This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 16. With over 2500 sqft, there is plenty of room for everyone!

Home has a private pool that was just installed! Pool can be heated for additional fee.

Home is equipped with 2 ionized air filtration systems that helps clean/kill viruses and bacteria particles in the air.

Tankless water heater was recently installed so everyone can enjoy hot showers!

3rd Bedroom with shared Jack/Jill bathroom (1st level) - King Bed

The game room has a Foosball table, a dart board wall, poker table, and bookcase full of board games! Lots of family fun!

Free 1 Gig high speed wifi with mesh network to give signal in every part of the house!

Home is situated exactly halfway between public beach access #7 and #8. Take your pick! The beach access points are located behind the home just across quiet residential Gulf Drive and is only a 1 minute walk to the beach! No busy roads to cross.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles - four in driveway and one in garage. Either 5 small to midsize vehicles or 3 extra-large SUV's/pickup trucks.

TOUR OF HOME: Home is located on the beach side of Thomas Drive on the quiet, East end of Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and within walking distance of Schooner's. FIRST LEVEL has a one car garage for extra parking and three bedrooms; two bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom and the third bedroom has a private bathroom. The private fenced back yard with heated swimming pool and patio area is perfect for grilling out and is easily accessible from the third bedroom as well as from the side of the house. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer is in the hallway. SECOND LEVEL has a large, open living room, kitchen and dining area with seating for 11, half bathroom, master bedroom with walk in closet, and master bathroom that includes separate tub and shower, a double sink vanity and a private toilet. The living room has a flat screen cable TV, and a comfy over-sized reclining sectional couch perfect for relaxing. It comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and small appliances that you need for those great family meals together. There is a private balcony located off of the living room area that offers ocean views and a dining table with seating for 8. THIRD LEVEL has a loft game room which includes a Foosball table, dart board wall, poker table, bookcase full of board games, and a bunk bed system! There is also a flat screen cable TV which makes this loft ideal as a kid's retreat or adult hang out. The balcony off the third level also has ocean views and is perfect for watching the sunset.

Check-in: 4 pm or later. This is a firm check-in time. No check in hassles - use your key code for key-less entry and just walk right in when you arrive.

Check out: 10 am. This is a firm check out time. Late check-outs could result in fees due to strict cleaning schedules.

Max occupancy is 16. Max number of adults is 11. (Bunk beds do have weight limits and are more suitable for kids or small adults). SORRY, NO RENTALS TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not book the property if you are a high school or college group due to inevitable cancellation.

No parties/events. Parties will result in immediate eviction. No refund.

St. Andrews State Park is a couple miles down the road. You can plan a ferry ride to Shell Island, hike, picnic, kayak, or spend time on beach. There are several restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. Schooner's is our personal favorite and is only a short walk. Several other restaurants and stores within walking distance too! Dollar General is only a 2 block walk to get all your groceries, wine, beer, and other household items you may have forgot to pack!

Beautiful, clean house! This house was perfect for our group of 16. Very comfortable beds. Lots of seating and loved the big comfortable recliner couch. Less than a two min walk to the beautiful beach! Description mentioned beach gear, towels, etc but was really surprised that there was enough for everyone...we packed so much we didn't really need to pack. Pool was very nice and we paid to have it heated (worth it). The teenage boys spent so much time at the poker table upstairs. Close to restaurants and mini golf/go carts. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here with a group again for sure!

First Family Vacation

The family as a hold said they really loved the house. It was roomy and cozy. Myself love the kitchen and my kids and grandkids love the pool, the beach and we played a lot of family games. It was clean and all the appliances was up to date. We would recommend this beach to everyone. Hopefully we will be able to book the same house again next year.

This property met all our expectations. Had enough sleeping room for our group of 12. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. An unexpected pleasure was all the items for the beach, chairs, towels, sand toys. It was within walking distance to the beach but glad we brought a wagon to lug it all. Thanks for the memories!

Excellent Beach townhouse!!! You will not want to leave!!!

To summarize, this home is amazing and the hosts are excellent!! We stayed for four days/3nights. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were all to the level of comfort we experience at home. The home is well furnished with almost everything you could imagine needing for trips to the beach or staying home and playing in the pool or games in the game room. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms are all furnished with anything you need!! I have never had a better experience and communication was very easy!!!

Fun family vacation

What a nice place. It was only about 1-2 block walk to the beach, has a heated pool that we paid for prior to coming which was very nice, has plenty of room for family and friends inside, the upstairs loft has a dart board and Foosball table, and the garage has Beach items to use. The owner has great communication. We had an issue come up at the place, which the owner worked hard to help decrease the issue and was kind. We would stay here again and also recommend it to others.

I have been renting beach homes in PCB for over 10 years and this is my new favorite. We had 12 people and everyone had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and there were even pool and beach toys including chairs and umbrellas. Great location...less than 3 minute walk to beach. The pool was amazing and so relaxing. We will definitely be back...10 out of 10

SB '24 Success!

It had been 30+ years since last visiting PCB and was excited to take my kids to show them where I used to spend Spring Breaks. A lot has changed but we were beyond impressed with our stay. The house was very well kept, amenities and all the "little things" (the stuff you usually forget when packing) were there and well thought out. Owner knows exactly how a family travels and when things are needed that you often forget. Beds were very comfy, location to the beach was PERFECT and location of the house in comparison to other higher traffic areas was fantastic. We never felt like we were in a crowd - which is how you want your days at the beach to be! If we find ourselves coming back to PCB, this will be our FIRST pick, hands down. The owner was VERY fast in responding to questions or needs and very thoughtful all around. Wonderful stay!!

Really great getaway spot

Went down to PCB for a long weekend with a big group of friends, and this house was perfect! Short walk to the beach, plenty of comfy bedspace for adults, and plenty of room with a nice small private pool! Really great place to stay for a really great price too. Communication with the owner was also really fantastic, they were quick to respond to questions, and were able to help return some headphones that got left behind.

Spring Break Week

We agreed to take our daughter (high school senior) and her 3 close friends to florida for spring break. This house was perfect. We had my husband and I, our two sons and a friend (20, 20 & 15) and daughter and her 3 friends (all 18). This house gave everyone enough space, especially my husband and I! The loft area above was perfect for my husband to take some meetings and work some during the day but also serve as another space for games and the kids to hangout. Rooms and beds are perfect for small groups. The kitchen is laid out well, and very well stocked for anything you would need to cook. The house had more than enough stocked for the first couple days. The backyard is small, but pool is a perfect size. Since it was the first week of April, and weather is unpredictable, we opted to pay a small fee to heat the pool. So glad we did! While the weather was low 80s, the pool was warm and perfect temp at night. The location of the house is close enough to walk to a few restaurants but away from the strip and traffic. Also, the public beach walkway was literally around the corner. If you can’t be in the beach, this house is perfect. The beach is located in a about a 1/2 to 3/4 strip of residential properties, so it wasn’t crowded at all. While we had no issues during our stay, the owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions. She also provided us with a list of great local places to eat. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future stays!

2 minutes to the beach if you’re walking slow carrying stuff. Otherwise less tha a minute to the beach. Very nice clean and spacious beach house! Very comfortable and clean and multiple bathrooms. Nicely furnished kitchen. Great great choice!

Basic accommodations in great location

Communication with property manager was absolutely amazing and they are extremely organized. Water pump was not turned on when we arrived so toilet and shower all backed up after a few days. We were able to get it resolved the same day but no one was able to shower that morning due to issue. Cleanliness and bathroom amenities were very basic. Couches and carpets had stains, & chairs repaired with wood pieces. Bathrooms were supplied with very limited supplies which is fine for a shorter stay but had to purchase dish pods, garbage bags, and toilet paper for a full week stay. Overall great communication and location. A solid four star choice for your stay.
