Private Master bedroom with King bed, Living room with Queen sleeper sofa, and 2 alcove bunkbeds in the hallway. Enjoy convenient access to 2 large outdoor pools and grill area, without stairs or elevators to slow you down!

All fresh paint throughout . New flooring ,toilets shower cabinets vanities granite counters ceiling.

The location was great! Steps from the pool and beach. Lots of chairs and tables at the pool. Close to tiki bar. Ample parking. The sand was white and very soft. Host was very quick to respond and friendly.

The room is amazing steps to the pool steps to the grills, clean and comfortable. The space was more than enough for our family of four. The accommodations are what really set it above the bar we stay in a lot of short term rentals and prepare and bring lots of supplies, but this place had a full thing of dish soap, dish detergent, trash bags, the perfect amount of pans for any needs, Tupperware for leftovers. David was quick with responses to any questions we have. We’ve e stayed in a lot of short term rentals but I think we finally found our spot. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for having us!!!

The Summit Panama City Beach

The property is very old but the location is ideal. Steps to the beach is what we wanted. Unit was somewhat remodeled. Kitchen has ample supplies. The living area had a very dated couch and chair that were upholstered and quite worn and unclean. Extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The laundry room facility had one working machine and one working dryer.

Enjoyed our stay, despite the hurricane to the west

Check in was easy, despite our very late arrival. Condo was well furnished and the owner was very easy to work with. Our only issue was with the cleanliness of the resort but not the unit. There were red flags all week due to hurricane Francine and high winds and rain for one day when she came onshore to our west but no one can control the weather.

Perfect location

We had a great time. Loved the convenience of no elevators. The condo was clean and exactly as described. When we arrived the cleaners had gotten a bit behind but we talked to host and they quickly got us information and the cleaners there asap. Wonderful trip

Pool closing early

The unit was great and access was wonderful being on the ground floor. Our complaint is not about the owner, property, location etc. our complaint is about the pool closing at 8 every night and we were told is was because of lighting and that the complex didn’t want to pay to have lighting fixed.

Perfect condo at The Summit in PCB!

David has your place to stay in Panama City Beach!!! Fantastic condo on the first floor at The Summit. Twenty steps to the pool and a one minute walk to the beach. You could not ask for anything more. The condo is clean spacious and comfortable. Dealing with David is a breeze. He was such a great host. I hope to use his property again and would never hesitate to do so. I wish I was still there today!!
