This fully furnished 2-bed 2-full bath condo unit 56-206 is located in the beautiful family oriented neighborhood of Horizon South. Located on the north side of Front Beach Road right across the street from the beach in Panama City Beach, Florida. Located on the second floor (no elevators), you walk into the front door the first bedroom on your right is furnished with two queen beds. The three (3) piece full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is right outside the door. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet. As you walk down the hallway you will see two single bunk beds built in the wall. Step a little further into the comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool area. Adjacent to the living room, you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed complete with a private full bathroom and private access to the balcony. This Horizon South gem is great for relaxation and enjoyment, offering comfort, convenience, and a serene poolside setting.

Discover Horizon South's array of onsite amenities, including 5 pools (1 heated in the wintertime), a kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball court, horseshoe pits, pool table, work out facility, and mini golf for endless entertainment and relaxation. Parking for paying guests are $25 dollars each and wristbands are $20 dollars each. These must be purchased in the onsite office. Security can be reached if the office is closed at 850) 704-8389. Extended stay guests, staying longer than 10 days, the parking passes are $50, and the wristbands are $40. You will need to purchase a parking pass at the onsite office. This is a Horizon South rule, they enforce this, and these items are MANDATORY at all times!
