Property includes public beach access at Winston Lane and a set of backpack beach chairs included (March 1 - October 31) . Beach service chairs can be rented through Vacayzen. Complimentary access to Rosemary BeachÂź Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary BeachÂź Racquet Club also included.

Short Walk to the Beach

Sand Del Mar Cottage is in Inlet Beach, conveniently located on the first street east of Rosemary Beach, across from the tennis courts. The Main House has a great bedroom layout with 3 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Bunks with 4 Twins. There a beautiful 22' x 12' Private Pool (can be heated for an additional fee) on the property.

The home features an open concept floor plan. The 1st floor opens out to a large private courtyard and large private pool with lounging area, table and chairs. The 2nd Floor has 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds (4 twins) in large hallway - each with their own 12 inch TVs. The 3rd Floor has 2 King Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a 32 inch Flat Screen TV and private En-Suite bath. The Main house comfortably sleeps 12, with 8 in beds and 4 in twin bunks.

Great property and location

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Del Mar. The home is beautifully appointed with great access to beach. We love being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Rosemary. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

We spent Christmas 2022 at Sand Del Mar Cottage. The house was beautiful and just like the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the house had, including the pool which we paid to heat. Even though a cold front came through and it was 20 degrees outside, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool and it definitely gave the kids something to do for hours. The only small issues (don't think I'd really call them issues) we had were due to all the alarms in the house. Once we figured out the pool alarms, it was no problem at all. Would have been nice to have a note explaining those alarms. Also, one of the alarms batteries was dying and kept going off throughout our first night. We called property management the next morning and they were there within 15 minutes to fix it. We would 100% rent this property again!

Wonderful Property - Stellar LOCATION!!!

We LOVED so much about this property! There was 4 of us on a Mom/Daughter trip. The layout, style and vibe was just perfect... beautifully designed and furnished, everything you could need. I've been visiting Seacrest / Rosemary Beach area for 14 years and this is by far the best location/property we've experienced. Bikes are included (amazing), and beach chairs! WOW Another favorite aspect of home is that there are THREE KING Beds, all with en-suite bathrooms!!!! Bed are very comfortable, lovely linens and pillows. Lastly, the POOL, pool Deck and seating areas were amazing. The only negative I'd mention was the "Smart House" type alarm system installed in the home. There is a chime and alarm, whenever entering/exiting the home (including balconies), which I understand was a safety feature for the pool. However when the second floor shower was in use a MASSIVE Alarm would sound stating a flood in the 2nd floor bathroom. The first time this happened, all the electricity in the bedroom/bathroom stopped working. This happened three times. Again, not a huge deal but a little annoying. We sent in a work ticket via the Happy Stays app and they came that day to take care of the lights and we VERY professional, so was impressed with the response rate! Also remember to bring pantry items if you plan to do any real cooking (oil, salt, pepper, etc) I would definitely stay here again, but just longer next time!!!

Fabulous listing!

We had both extended families stay at the property. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep along with space to spread out. Covid has made a few things difficult but that cannot be held against the company. Check in took a bit longer but it was in their guidelines. We had people waiting to get in but that is nobody’s fault but our own. Small kitchen incidentals (spices/condiments) were not on property which we are normally use to them being present at VRBO locations. This again is nobody’s fault but covid. The house was clean and having the bikes to get to the beach was perfect!! Would definitely go back!
