The beach front location was perfect and very convenient for getting to St. Andrews state park. The home was clean, in great shape and had a nice outdoor patio space for our group to hang out on. Our only complaint was that the number of beds listed is wrong, which is pretty important when traveling with a group. We specifically asked before booking if there were four beds in the bunk room and were told yes, there were two sets of twin beds. There are not. There is one full over full bunk bed. We made it work by putting someone on the pull out sofa in the master. It’s horrible and not fit for an adult to sleep on. If you need separate beds for each member of your group to close attention to this one.
