The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (13 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!
