Beachfront luxury meets family-friendly comfort at Boardwalk 2111, 'Seaside Memories,' a spacious Gulf-front condo in Panama City Beach with sweeping ocean and pool views. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 12 and offers a bright, relaxed coastal vibe designed for memorable getaways.

You must register in advance for parking/amenities at Boardwalk. Prior to your arrival you will receive a link register and pay the fees directly to the resort. The registration fee is NOT included in your reservation. Your registration packet is picked up from security from arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Vehicle Reg Fees ($50 per vehicle) & Armbands ($6 each).

Inside, guests will love the well-appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, and seating for shared meals. The open living area features a flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, balcony access, and plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun. Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled, including a serene king suite, a second king suite with a private entry and kitchenette, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk room perfect for kids.

The listing was misrepresenting, and we were told we had to pay additional fees that were not called out (like other listings) in either the listing or any emails sent before the reservation. Upon arrival we had to pay an addtional 200 to stay at the property. Management company was not helpful but did recognize the listing was kind of misleading where is says "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees." There are certainly hidden and more fees to be paid. Find you a different host. The location is really nice. Just choose a different host and avoid the scam!

Very nice place to stay. We had an enjoyable time. The place was clean but you could tell it was a quick job as they missed the hand prints on the mirror. Plenty of towels. Could have used a couple more pillows for the pullout couch. A griddle would also be nice to have in the place as I had to remember to pack my own to take. Overall, a very nice place and setup to stay at!

The check in/out was easy. They condo was well equipped for your kitchen needs,.

Condo needs updates, all appliances and most furniture is very dated. The floors were very dirty when we arrived and we vacuumed immediately, but they need a very through heavy mopping. Some cabinets don’t close and some kitchen cabinets were peeling. The ceiling in the 2nd bathroom is peeling. But the condo is set up nice, has great views and in a good location. Just needs some TLC. We would stay here again.

Nice place but a lot of rules. We got there late at night and was parked on the line. They wrote me a ticket told me they had my info and if it happened again I would be towed at my expense. The also have a guard at the pool at all times you can’t jump, have floats in the pool, drinks near the pool. No balls at the pool. If you get up to get in the pool and leave your towel on a chair they will remove it. The tvs didn’t work at all. You also cannot have any karts or buggies in there parking lot

Great location but unit is a bit run down

First off, the location is great and the condo itself is nice. The access to the beach is easy and the pool was great. This unit is on the 21st floor and is need of some updating. The couches and chairs were dingy and uncomfortable. The furniture was chipped and there were smudges and smears on the walls and doors. The pullout couches were also uncomfortable. The bunk bed room was very tiny and the upper bunk bed did not had a railing on it so our kids could not safely sleep there. There was not initially bedding for the pullout couches but the property manager quickly resolved that issue and brought us some which was great service. The bedspreads on the other beds were in poor condition and the mattresses were not comfortable. The kitchen was lacking in things (not enough forks and spoons for the amount of people this unit sleeps for example). There was dust on the vents, water damage to baseboards and drywall around the shower, and the place just felt like it hasn’t been kept up well. Overall, I would stay at this location again if it were updated. If not, I would choose to stay somewhere else.

Great property for a large family. Beautiful views, nicely decorated and functional living space.

If we got back to PCB, this will be the place we stay. The location was convenient to what we wanted and needed to do (attractions, shopping, etc). There were just a few things that would have been helpful to know to make our visit perfect: There are a few luggage carts to use and if you check in on a day where there are a lot of people checking in or checking out, you'll end up carrying everything. Carts were scarce on move in and move out day. Make sure you have your entire party listed on the agreement as everyone needs an uncomfortable wrist band to use the pool. We unknowingly used a wrist band on a child under 5 that didn't need one and as result, the adult that didn't have one was harassed by the private security company. Wrist bands are not interchangeable. We had to cut it off the child and staple it to the offending adult's shirt. We rented a paddle board and kayak from Mr. Surf's. This company delivered and picked up the items, however, the private security company almost did not let the delivery guy in the parking lot. Gave us a hassle and said he would allow the delivery but not the pick up. We were told we would have to carry the (very heavy) kayak and paddle board out to the main road in front of the condo for pick up. Thankfully a different security guard was on duty at pick up time and allowed the driver onto the parking lot to pick up the items. I found this very customer UNfriendly on the part of the property. Our electronic key for the fitness center did not work and no one on property could help us with that issue. The AC went out on Friday afternoon. The building maintenance staff worked on it until 12:15 am on Saturday and still could not fix it. We spent a very uncomfortable night and a hell-hot Saturday morning trying to pack up to leave. Not sure what advance knowledge would have helped that issue, but I plan to ask for a refund of that night. I'm not holding my breath that I'll get it, but it was a very hot uncomfortable night and morning and I feel we should be refunded for that night.

Overall experience was wonderful! Location was great and the condo was great size for my family; my parents, and my niece who brought her two kids. Everyone has their own space but the main living area was big enough for all of us to be together! I give 4 stars due to cleanliness and some of the furniture needed to be replaced. The dining chairs weren’t sturdy and some of the cabinets needed to be fixed. Overall it was a great experience and the host was great to work with. When we asked about checking in early, they responded promptly and as soon as the property was ready, we were able to get on in!

Nice pace to stay.

It was a nice place to stay, close to the beach and could sit on the Lani and listen to the waves and watch the sun set. We saw a dolphin and a shark from the Lani, which we thought was really cool. The kitchen had basically everything we needed since we fixed all of our meals, but it really needs a good can opener. When we first got there and unpacked, took our shoes off we could feel dirt/sand on the floor and when we looked at the bottoms of our feet they were black, so we swept and vacuumed the tile floors and had a lot of dirt/sand that was not done before we arrived, the floor needed scrubbing not just sweeping. The pantry doors did not close they stayed open at least an inch. The Queen bedroom had a knob missing on one of the drawers.

Great location/view-Panama City Beach!

This is a very nice property. It is a little outdated and could use some cosmetic and little personal touches: condo is directly on the beach but doesn't provide any beach towels/chairs or toys; you are recommended to bring your own paper towels/cleaning items/paper plates, etc. These are small inexpensive items that would make a stay more enjoyable and less of a need to go to the store as soon as you get there. Overall my family and I enjoyed this condo and would recommend it!!

A great get away for our large group

We’ve stayed at Boardwalk many times and always enjoyed it. It’s a perfect location with good access to beach and nice amenities. The only problem was it wasn’t cleaned well. The pullout couches had sand on sheets. The bunk bed ladder rings had black toe/footprints on them and sand in those sheets as well. I notified the agency and they sent someone quickly to remedy the situation. It’s just that I thought with all the COVID concerns the housekeeping would have been top notch.

Good time with friends and family!

Location of condo and property was great! Easy to navigate down to beach. Condo itself could use a few things fixed and updated but nothing that stopped us from having a great vacation-except the weather was quite chilly this week.

We WILL stay here again!

We had such an amazing time staying here. The condo was the perfect size for our girls trip! The location was perfect. Pretty much walking distance to every attraction and bar we wanted to go to. The 3 bathrooms was a lifesaver for that many females & the bedroom space was roomy! The beach view was beautiful & Being so close to the beach was a huge plus! The owner was very easy to communicate with with fast responses to any questions we had. We will absolutely be staying here again for our next trip to panama!
