"Endless summer '!!!! Perfect location for peaceful vacation at the Emerald Coast Beaches . Townhouse located with steps to white sugary sand of Panama City Beach . Very spacious , recently renovated , clean and beautifully decorated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Fully stocked with everything you need ! Cable channels and Wi- Fi internet provided .
The first floor offers 2 bedrooms : queen size bed and bunk beds rooms, 1 full bathroom and washer/dryer . also private fenced patio just off the queen bedroom with outdoor shower. The second floor offers : the master bedroom with king size bed , full bathroom, sofa, living room /kitchen with dining table and huge balcony with grill , outside table to enjoy the gulf breezes and water view . This unique townhouse has 1 car garage and private parking for 3 cars, No crowd parking, No elevators to wait !!! No high rise condos near by and public beach entry right across the street from the house .
Located super convenient to everything : beaches, kids activities, museums, grocery shops, restaurants , shopping centers and with walking distance to local cafes, bars. The most favorite St Andrews State Park located with 2 miles from the house offers ; marina with boat rumps , pier, recreation areas, panton boats rentals, deep sea fishing tours.

Great vacation

Great place to stay, close to the beach and plenty of room. Only thing I would change is an electronic door lock instead of a key. Definitely would help with people in and out.

Great Stay

Loved our stay at Endless Summer. Lots of room for a large family and the beach was right across a residential street. The only complaint was that the listing said checkout is before 11 and an email said it was at 10 so we were confused about departure time. Other than that it was wonderful and hope to stay again!

Great location

This is a GREAT location! The home was spacious. There is still a roach issue. The AC stopped cooling and the response was fast but we did have one night of hot air. Both showers collected water in the tub. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if the roaches were gone.

Great Location

The location of this property is wonderful! Literally right across the street from the beach. But we did encounter a few issues. First off were the roaches! We found them in several rooms in the house, including the kitchen. Secondly, the sliding glass door on the deck did not lock. The owner said it had been repaired but we couldn’t get it to lock. Lastly, one of the speakers on the main tv was broken and the sound was very distorted. We had to shut it off which meant it only had sound out of the one that worked. This property is not bad and as stated earlier the location is wonderful but it definitely needs some TLC AND an exterminator!

Okay but not Great

Pros: Beach was close, had beach toys for the kids, quiet area. Cons: Roaches (even after being sprayed) we bought our own traps because we were finding them everywhere, silverware and spatulas had food on them when I pulled them out of the drawer, no water pressure, and the toilets didn't want to flush. The house was cute but I don't think it was cleaned before our arrival. I won't be going back.

Very Convenient

The property is very close to the beach, with an access boardwalk virtually across the street. Panama City Beach is relatively small, with almost anything one might need either within walking or easy driving distance.

Great location

The home had a great open layout with an open living room and kitchen upstairs with large deck and 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs for the kids. The beach was very convenient just across the small street and was away from the crowded beaches in front of the big condos.

Wonderful! Was a very very short walk to beach.

The house had EVERYTHING we needed I packed a wagon to pull kids to beach with and sand toys but when we got to the house it had the wagon already there sand toys and a beach umbrella so I didn’t even have to unpack mine even had a cooler in the garage! Had a shower on outside of house to get the sand off. Only thing I wish the house had was a tv in the room where the kids sleep ,but other than that it was great! Had a tv in living room where there was a pull out bed had a tv in the king size room and a tv in the queen size room with walk in closets!The women that owns the house was very nice and responsible back very quick. close to beach and store and things to do with kids had a grill to cook out with. Will definitely rent this place again! Was definitely great for what we paid and could even see the ocean from the balcony! Definitely stay here!

Roomy. Great location. Great porch.

The location was excellent if you want close to the beach. The host was responsive and accommodating. You can see part of the ocean from the large front porch- which was very relaxing. Nice to be so close to the beach access. House needed a few minor upgrades, but nothing significant. It was clean and homey with lots of room and just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, Cozy, Convinient and Comfortable

This rental property is a rare find in Panama City Beach: - Clean and feel like home. - Not too big or small. Very cozy for our family of 9. - Have all the necessary and accessary items (cook ware, laundry ware, shower items, fresh linen ... even surf boards and sand building toys 😊) - 2nd Floor Balcony can see the horizon of the ocean. Has a gas grill for evening cook out and a table of 6-8 for dining outside with the sea breeze. The location is perfert for us: - Close to the beach (less than 1 min walk to the beach access) - Quiet neighborhood (very minimum traffic and crowd), - Convenient access to local stores (Walmart, Publix, Pizza, Seafood, fastfood ... ) and local attraction (St. Andrew Staye park is about 10-15min away, a must visit IF you like wild life) The coordination and communication with Irina is clear, simple and straight forward. Will rent again in the future IF visiting Panama City Beach again, GOD's willing.

Wonderful time

The endless summer is a great property to stay on. The house is beautiful and comfortable, it has all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great also. We were so closed to all the stores or restaurants. The beach access is a few steps away so it's great when you want to enjoy the beach. I definitely recommend this property.
