My Family has stayed at splash every year for the last 3 years and I have to say this condo was by far the best one yet! Each bedroom having their own balcony with a perfect view made it amazing! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. 10/10 would recommend and we are looking forward to booking this condo again next fall!

We enjoyed our week at the condo and the beach! We were very impressed that every bedroom had its own balcony with gulf front ocean views. Beds were comfy. The mother in law suite was a bonus, private, roomy and a great balcony also. Plenty of space for our group of 7. John was quick to respond to any questions. We contacted him about a missing blender and within a couple of hours a new one was delivered. Would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool had a-lot of bugs but there were people working to get those scooped out. The pool bathrooms were very stinky though. The splash park water was so cold that the kids barely got to play in it but the pools were fairly warm. Short walk to the beach chairs and the guys putting those out were very nice and made people move their tents from in front of us. The lady at the check in desk was not very friendly. The room was clean except for a couple of pillows in the master bedroom. The shower door in the master bathroom doesn’t shut all the way and it looked like it hasn’t in a while. The toilets were very low so we had to buy a potty seat for my elderly grandmother to use. The fridge filter needed changing for the ice maker/water. The kitchen was fairly small and didn’t have any space for groceries or snacks but we made do. The beds weren’t the most comfy but weren’t awful. It was a good condo and we would stay there again. We liked how the in law sweet had a door to close off but also could leave open when everyone wanted to be together. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to fix breakfast with. The kids loved the bunk beds but it made me anxious that there was a balcony door in there that my 4 year old could open. The master bedroom balcony door does not lock. During the week days the elevators were fast but on Saturday it started taking a long time. We loved getting the dole whips from the little cafe!

Rooms were great beaitiful view. Mother in law suite did have what looked to be a pee stain on mattress and mattress cover but the sheets and bedding was clean. Elevator is a long wait. We waited 20 mins and then anothe 10 mins on elevator.

Unit was great! Resort could use some maintenance and upgrades. Elevator didn’t always operate, there isn’t a ramp for wagons to get to beach (stairs only), beach chairs were put away at 3 and could use a cleaning and fresh paint!

Family Fun

This was condo was exceptional! Very clean. Great floorplan. Privacy for everyone. Excellent communication with owner. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job adding extra touches, such as, kitchen towels and top of the paper towels shaped like a bow. This was our third time to stay at Splash and this condo has been the best by far. We loved that every balcony had great views of the beach. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. At this resort. There was a slight movement mistake made but Mr. Mann the owner took care of it asap. I will definitely be coming back and staying in Mr. Mann’s condo again.

Fabulous Family Fun

Beautiful views & fun water activities. We enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was. We also all slept well in the cozy beds. And even though there were 9 of us, we had plenty of space. We very much appreciated how responsive James was during our stay. It’s such a wonderful space to connect with our family!! We would definitely come back and stay and we would also recommend to friends and family. We just had the best time.

This condo was beautiful! Furnishings were nice, kitchen well equipped-even had a crock pot! The view was amazing. Communication with owner was excellent. He answered any of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again if/when in the area!
