Welcome to The Coconut Cove, a 3-bedroom newly remodeled beauty unlike any other at the pristine and highly sought after Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort.
The Coconut Cove is ideally located in Tower One--positioned in the center of the three taller buildings of Edgewater and overlooking the gorgeous lagoon pool. Located on the 2nd floor, you can opt to skip the elevators and get to paradise sooner!
Our remodel was completed in early-Jan 2024 and the inside is nearly as gorgeous as the white sands are outside.
A spacious living area features all new furnishings with a sleeper sofa, two swivel recliners, two swivel barrel chairs, Smart TV, and access to our wrap around balcony that overlooks the lagoon pool, the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, Oceans restaurant, the kids splash pad, and is right by Edgie's Market for Starbucks coffee and ice cream plus a plethora of sundries. Beside the living area, we have dining and bar seating for 12 and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances plus all essentials for meals and snacks including a toaster, blender, Keurig, food processor, crockpot, bakeware, extensive array of bar glasses (separate coffee/wine bar), and even a waffle maker.
The Coconut Cove features two masters, each with a king bed, ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers two queen beds, Smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan, plus access to the 3rd bathroom with a tub/shower combination. We have a bunk area with a double bed on the bottom and a twin XL on the top with lights and TVs and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
We have a premium washer and dryer as well as high speed fiber wifi. We include beach towels and some beach essentials like chairs, toys, and a beach wagon as well.
Once you get to The Coconut Cove, you'll know you have found the perfect spot to enjoy the world's most perfect beach!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (30 during Spring Break: March 1 - April 10) and provide ID to verify age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $500 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide STARTER amounts of soaps, toiletries, and paper products, (like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags). We also supply a a limited amount of K pods of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate plus condiments for these drinks at our coffee/wine bar for you to enjoy! Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
Just outside and down two flights is the infamous lagoon pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping. The kids splash pad is nearby along with Oceans Restaurant and even a Tiki airbrush shop and sundry shop. Two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and one building east or west offers an additional hot tub and a seasonally heated pool, in the off season. Just beyond the lagoon pool is access to the white sands where you can parasail, rent a waverunner, or simply soak up the view, saltwater and sand. There are chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach, and chairs or cabanas available to rent around the lagoon pool. Across the pedestrian bridge you'll find a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
Right outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
