Sweet Baby James: Amazing Carillon Beach House, Each Bedroom is Ensuite

This grand Southern beach home with dramatically high ceilings and three private bath king bedrooms, including a first floor master suite, is positioned picturesquely on Carillon Avenue in the center of Carillon Beach and will soon become a sought-after Carillon Beach vacation rental home. Countless beach memories await as you vacation in “Sweet Baby James,” a well-appointed home featuring an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, bunk room, 4 ½ baths and stately sweeping double-loaded porches, just right for the perfect family gathering.

Walk-over #3 is where you will find a complementary lounger - 2 chairs with two pads and one umbrella set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Additional chairs may be procured through the on-site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Sweet Baby James is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

Carillon Beach is without a doubt an invigorating retreat. Whether you relax in style or energize in fun activity, enjoy the best-kept secret along 30A, Carillon Beach . . .Come and enjoy yourself. The beach is breath-taking, the emerald waters await at Sweet Baby James.

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30.

Beautiful house / great location

The house was just as good as the pictures described it. Very clean and the open floor plan was great and made it feel even bigger. The bedrooms were great in size and having three kings for three of them and bunk room for the other was perfect for our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. We love Carillon area and have been coming here for 17 years. This house was one of the best.

Lovely Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was wonderfully located as my daughter got married just around the corner on the Village Green. It was an easy walk to do the beach and so convenient to grab a coffee or sandwich at the shops in downtown Carillon. Can't think of anything the house did not have. Great seating, lovely decor....would rent it again! Property managers were so helpful and responded quickly to any request we had!

Beautiful and Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented several homes at Carillon Beach. This house feels very spacious and beautiful. It is well appointed and comfortable. My children loved the bunk room. We rented a golf cart for easy beach access and fun evening rides around the pretty neighborhood. The beach chair provider is new in 2023 and we experienced many inefficiencies with this process. With our historical experience in carillon beach, homes that included beach chairs always meant beach loungers - sturdy wooden permanent chairs. New service offers pop up chairs and loungers. If chair type is important to you, I recommend confirmation of type of chair included with rental house - prior to rental.

So much better than we expected!

Our family has been staying in Carillon for over 20 years. Our stay at Sweet Baby James topped all other homes by far. The rooms were spacious with a great house layout for cooking, entertaining, hanging out, and having large meals together. The amenities within the home were wonderful. The Kitchen was stocked with all tools and cooking accessories that we needed. We loved the outdoor shower! Everything was in pristine, clean condition. We love this house! We'll be back! Thank you!
