Step inside and be welcomed into a charming living space that feels like your “home away from home.” Relax on the cozy couches in the family room, or enjoy your favorite movie on the large flat-screen smart TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Gather around the dining table for great food and lively conversation with loved ones. Unwind on the large front porch, sipping a cocktail or enjoying a hot cup of coffee, while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

As the day winds down and you prepare for the next, retreat to the second floor, where you'll find generously sized bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king bed and an expansive bathroom, featuring dual vanities, a walk-in closet, a glass shower, a jetted tub, and a private water closet. Family beach vacation

Very nice property. Plenty of room for family with 6 adults and 1 infant. Well equipped kitchen. The bikes were fun to use. Host was very responsive to questions. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Only suggestion is that the porches could use a good cleaning/refresh and updated furniture

Great for the whole family!!

This house is the best! 3 master BR’s and a 3rd floor “princess tower” for two granddaughters worked for everyone. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We stayed a full week, it might consider a month sometime.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful home in a wonderful family community. We can't say enough about the amenities this home has to offer. The tram to/from the beach, pool, shopping, etc was so nice! Awesome pool, parks and biking trails. The house is very well described in the VRBO listing but could use some refreshing in a few areas. The porch needs cleaning/painting for sure. The baseboards and cabinetry need a good cleaning at the least. The beds (excluding the master) were not the most comfortable and we would have loved to have access to smart t.v.s on the two rainy days. We have stayed along 30A for years and by far this is one of our very favorite areas.

Great property. Just disappointed that I was already on road from Sarasota when I received email about specifics. No beach towels provided! I have plenty at home, but assumed, since a beach area they were provided. Unfortunately we had to go out and buy them. 😡

Fantastic Home

This rental was exactly as described and possibly better. Great place for several adults for a week without running over each other. It was awesome having 3 king rooms each with their own bath and everyone said their beds were very comfortable . The kitchen really was fully equipped and very clean. Biking and walking everywhere is so convenient. We would love to return.

Summer Vacation

We absolutely loved this house and it had everything we could ask for and then some. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, plenty of space to relax, the entire house was beautiful. Sandra was always available when I had any questions. It is in a great location, it was just a few minutes walk to get to the beautiful pool
or ride the tram. It was hard to leave!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

2023 Annual Connect

While the area offers so much to do outside of your choice of location to stay at - when we were back at base our stay was incredible. Property was as marketed - very clean and well kept. We loved the front porch and spent the majority of time there or in the kitchen!!! Three of the four rooms have bathrooms attached which was great for our group. The other members of our party also commented on how comfortable the rooms and beds were. All in all - a great stay!!

Wonderful time!!

Beautiful home! Easy walk to access everything around you. Pool access within Seacrest is wonderful. Home is well stocked with kitchen necessities & the front porch is a great place to relax morning or night. Definitely recommend the house and location!

An overall excellent experience!

This house was furnished more nicely than the pictures portrayed
. and it looked great in the pictures. It was spacious, clean, the kitchen was VERY well stocked and the bedding was very nice. The 4 bikes provided were new! My only suggestion would be to install dimmers on the ceiling can lights, in the kitchen and living room. We will be back next year!

Loved the house and it’s location!

My husband and I loved the house and it’s proximity to Rosemary Beach. This was our first trip to the panhandle and it did not disappoint!!! We enjoyed taking the short walk to the beach everyday. The stroll through the neighborhood was super enjoyable and made the trip to the beach a fun adventure. We also took daily walks to the shops at Rosemary Beach - so many great restaurants there! Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Fully equipped house close to shops and activities. Super clean and modern. Could use a bigger TV in the main level. We never used the pool. Beach is a short walk or can use the On-demand Golf shuttle. The Reserved beach area is crowded and dominated by Rental companies. Total monopoly and does not serve the best interests of tourists. Would rent again. Responsive hosts. Safe neighborhood. SV

Fantastic!

We had two families in the house and not only had plenty of space, we had everything we needed to cook meals and keep everyone occupied. The kids loved the bunk room, the adults loved the outdoor space, and the bikes were a bonus. Highly recommend this home!

Paradise but fun

This is a large, comfortable house that has every ecoutremont you would need. Porches, stocked kitchen, comfy beds. And accessible to the beach by walk, bike or tram. It's a social neighborhood so good thing this house is in the back. We want to come next year, Again.

We stayed from mid Jan to mid Feb and this house was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils one could possibly need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous Home!

We met here with our four adult children for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay! The home is as advertised, very nice and comfortable, with ample space and amenities. Due to Covid resurgence, we cooked at home each evening and found the kitchen stocked with all dishes and cookware we needed. We loved the front and upstairs screened porches for morning coffee and visiting. Property manager was friendly and quick to respond. The home is very close to Rosemary's shops and restaurants, and easy to get to beach via shuttle, walking or riding bikes. Something to note- all bedrooms are upstairs, with many steps to get there. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you aren't able to climb stairs, may be for you. Would stay here again without question - loved it all!

Perfect getaway

My wife and I stayed with our 5 kids, the property was perfect for us. Short 8min walk into Rosemary Beach shops, 10mins to beach and less than 5 mins to Seacrest shops and amazing pool. We will be back next summer
