There was an obvious stain on the couch with large holes on the arm rest. There was a spot on the bathroom door that looked like blood. There were holes in the walls, one in the bathroom, one next to the bunk bed. The shower was disgusting with broken tiles and mold in the grout.
There are not enough supplies which made it very inconvenient. There are exactly 6 drinking glasses, not enough cookware, no cleaning spray to clean the counters, each bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper, not enough towels and wash cloths, no dish rags or pot holders to get your food out of the oven. The dryer has to be ran at least 3 cycles before your clothes are dry. There is a broken chair on the balcony. No curtain on the balcony door, which made it a guarantee that our teenage daughter was getting up at sunrise. There were a lot of repairs and holes in the walls that need to be fixed. We have stayed in multiple condos over the years and I have to let you know that this is probably the worst one
Overall the stay was ok, but there were several problems and concerns with this unit. The floor in the living room, and bedroom were constantly wet with unexplained water! We never could decide where it was coming from and constantly had to put towels on the floor to try and keep them dry. The extra bed clothes for the pull out sofa were soaking wet and stored in trash bags in the bedroom closet.
The pull out sofa mattress had black mold on the underneath. The bunk beds had a broken ladder, which our 10 year actually cut her hand on. The hot water for the shower didnât last through a shower and we had very few towels which was made worse by the fact that we had to use some on the wet floors constantly. A couple of the patio chairs were literally rusted and the legs were wearing away. The sofa was worn and actually had holes in it. We have stayed at several units at this establishment and this was by far the most disappointing stay we have had to date. Considering what we paid I just feel like the unit was very misrepresented.
