This was the worst place we have ever stayed at in PCB. We go every year. Our normal places was booked so I tried this one. The listing showed free parking . However once I received access to the guest portal it said $30. Reached out to real joy the day of check in around 11:15 about and received no response. I also called and was told they would pass the information along. Got to the gate to check in and had my card ready to pay and the guard said only cash. Listing shows the property takes cards. Had to go find an atm and pay an extra fee to get cash. Me and my kids get to the lobby to go find our room. Exciting the one working elevator was a younger crowd with bottles of alcohol in hand. We get to our floor and about 2 more guys was walking and stumbling and cursing. I have small children and this was a family getaway. We find the room and there are towels missing , broken objects in the room, rust everywhere. We go to the pool to get in the hot tub and it was freezing cold. A group of teenagers were sitting in the pool area that came from the hotel next door. They held loud obnoxious conversations. I reach out to the hotel to let them towels was missing. The agent told me how many should be in there. Once we got back to the room I counted and confirmed some was missing. Never received them. Every one showeres and eats and we notice a smell. Couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The next day I reached back out to hotel with no response. Dishwasher had old water.
