Updated 3BR 2BA Boardwalk condo with a HUGE Gulf-Front Master Bedroom!

This amazing, remodeled 3bd/2ba beauty offers stunning views with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom. A huge gulf front balcony with outdoor table and chairs offers outdoor living with the best views on Panama City Beach. Comfortable living and and large dining area mean you can enjoy your stay in comfort.

The Master bedroom has a king bed a private bath with a double vanity and separate shower/tub.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and access to the second bath that is shared with the bunk room.
Fully stocked kitchen with a regular drip coffee pot as well as blender, toaster, and everything you need to make a home cooked meal for the family. 
Right off the beach you'll find Boardwalk's private bar with their own specialty drinks and food. Inside the building there is a small general store with ice cream and pizza and sandwiches served all day.
1 large pool, 1 kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, and sun deck all have an unobstructed views of the ocean. During peak season Boardwalk has a DJ who will play music and host games for the kids.

You must be 25 or over to rent this property. Security validates with ID. 
There are 2 parking passes included.

Absolutely loved this location. We have stayed at the Boardwalk before, but needed a bigger room due to growing kids. This room was perfect for our family. Everyone had enough space, it was clean, and had everything we needed. John was excellent with details and communicating. Hoping to return again next year.

Great time!!

My family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights. Condo was awesome and more then accommodating as far as size. Our kids loved the cute bunk beds! Only things we wish would have been a little more clear is the beach supplies. We have stayed in multiple vrbo condo and house properties and all of them thus far have had items for the beach

. It wasn’t clear from the listing that nothing for the beach was provided (even beach towels). I completely understand the difference in space between a house and a condo and not having wagons and chairs and umbrellas and coolers and all the things but showing in the listing that you have a pool and beach access and not even providing a beach towel was surprising for us. The condo kitchen was well stocked as the listing stated and they did provide some toiletries. We left what beach items we purchased behind in hopes to donate to the condo for future guests so they weren’t surprised and needing to go buy them on arrival. Other then not having beach towels or sand toys our stay was perfect!!

Great location

Check in was very easy and very well explained, location was great, communication was always fast. My only complaints- apparently the splash pad is permanently closed for now. We were not aware of this and mainly picked this condo since we have two little kids, but the pool was a nice backup. The condo seems like it needs a deep clean. Floors still seemed dirty after arriving, sinks and tub weren’t the cleanest. Overall we had a great time though!

According to our teenagers "this is the best condo we have ever stayed in". We had a great vacation, and the condo was awesome. If we had questions, the owner was available, it seemed almost instant. We would absolutely stay in this condo again. Thanks for making our vacation a success!

The room was great. The facility not so much. Please make sure you review all rules before staying at this facility. We liked it for the splash pad and by the middle of the week they had it roped off to work on it but you never seen anyone doing anything. The pool rules are no music, children under 12 have to sit out 10 minutes every hour called a Safety Break, all they want you to do is stand in the pool and not move. Also the pool water was hotter than the ocean, The water was not circulating properly. I have never stayed anywhere else in PCB with these rules.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

In spite of the tough ocean conditions during our stay, my family and I had the best vacation. The owners were a dream to work with, and were prompt and helpful with every request. The condo was even better than expected, remarkably clean, and very spacious for our family of 6. My Mother-in-law lives locally, and she made several comments stating that this was on of the nicest condos she had been in since she’s lived in PCB. Condominium staff was very friendly and helpful as well. You won’t regret booking!

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing

This property was perfect for our family. Loved the tempurpedic bed In the Master. Location was perfect for a family/ far enough away from the Spring Break crowd but close to all of the shopping and activities. We did the Shell Island shuttle which I also recommend. Chairs at the beach are $45 for two but worth it if you stay all day. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The beds were all very comfortable. It was nice to have food restaurant options on this property so that we could enjoy the day on the beach a little longer. The owner was quick to respond to all messages. We would love to stay here again.
