The property is as described. Great location, with a great dual view. Everything was very good, with the exception of some of the staff. The ladies at the front desk were aloof, and somewhat indifferent. It just felt like they did not want to be there, and were of little help. This was our first time staying in a large building. You cant beat the 9th floor views, and overall it was quiet and peacefull. Beach access was easy, and the elevator worked the whole time with no issues. We stayed 9 nights, and would stay again.

Great beach front (side view)

Enjoyed the location of the condo as it is close to the beach and has beach front pools too. Elevator can get backed up during busy season , but was pretty quick in turnaround (avoid using it during check in/out times helps). Neighbors can get noisy but not the host’s fault. Places was pretty clean, except for places you would expect dust build up (vents etc) this place has everything we needed and would stay here again.
View faces the side parking lot but you still get an amazing ocean view

Much older resort than expected... however, the unit was immaculate. You can tell this is Charlotte's home and she loves it. The finishes and furnishings she's used are so nice. It was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again.

Great vacation, but rowdy crowds

The room was very clean and very big. We enjoyed staying at this property but will not be returning next year. Several nights we had teens & children ringing our door bell and even banging on our door for several hours which woke our baby up. We hadn’t had this issue at other condos. Not sure what the condo owners could do about this issue as it’s really on the parents, but nonetheless a good warning for anyone with littles trying to sleep. There is plenty of good things about this condo such as the kiddie pool 2 adult pools and Tiki bar that serves food. These were huge plus’ when staying here.

We enjoyed our stay and would return! Owner’s communication was great. Condo was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. The property is older but you can tell the upkeep is a top priority. Clean, safe, fun environment. Great amenities.

Wonderful stay, great host.

Our experience with this condo was wonderful! The host was exceptional and would respond quickly when we had a question. The lock on our door wouldn’t accept the code and we got locked out a few times, but the host sent maintenance to replace it ASAP. I only have a 4 star for cleanliness just because the floors were dirty and made our feet black, but that was all. We loved the view, plenty of places to store our food, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans were there, they even had beach towels and some swim items on the porch! Make sure if you stay to type in Regency Towers(this is where condo is located) on your gps otherwise the address may try to take you somewhere else. This has been my favorite place to stay. They have a heated pool, regular pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool, plus swings outside and benches, a place to grill out, work out room, a restaurant, and it’s a gated place!! Highly recommend staying here!

Quick getaway from work
