An older hotel that is a little worn but still very enjoyable becp for surprises. For us, we enjoyed our stay very much. Full 1 bedroom w/kitchenette, private patio free parking. No resort fee, away from the hustle bustle

Check in was terrible! We arrived around 2 and was told it wouldnt be available until 4, which was fine. At 4, we was told it still wasnt ready and we would recieve a phone call. Checked back at 4:30, told the same. At 5:15, checked again and finally got a room, yet she told us she didnt have time to call. So why tells us to wait for a call.

Not quite the worse stay ever but close.

Long overdue getaway with the wife. After going through a lot of different hotels on the beach we settled on this one mainly due to its overall rating 8.7/10 and customer reviews. Not sure if we went at the wrong time or regular staff was off but we did not experience any of the great things that would have gotten it such a high score. When we arrived to our room there was trash in the floor, floor was sticky, shampoo bottle behind the bathroom door and there was old candy bars in the ice bucket. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to all the weed smell and when we brought all this to the attention of the office her response was well that’s unacceptable and will let maintenance know. Hotel has no smoking and no diving signs around the pool but that didn’t stop some guests. Maybe if they had some security to enforce their rules instead of maintenance it would make it a little more enjoyable for everyone. And yes they have a designated smoking area but weed is supposed to be prohibited.

Likes: conveniently away from the busy streets of Panama City. Plenty of parking space. Easy access to pool and the beach. Dislikes: outdated furniture and carpet. Little bit of an old age smell in room. Very small showers. Beach front windows needs cleaned or replaced. Had a blurry film on windows.

Beautiful beach views. Nice quiet, and somewhat secluded location. All the hotel was great, with Ms Hermine, in housekeeping, getting 5 stars for her persistent cleaning efforts. Hotel furniture is dated, but the property is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

I will not stay here again. Room was very outdated. We were supposed to have 2 two queen beds they were only full size. Way too expensive for what we got. Staff was very friendly
