The hotel is not in great condition and housekeeping has to improve dramatically. The staff is not friendly at all, specially the front desk personnel. There are other much better alternatives in Casco Viejo at similar prices.

The hotel mistakenly charged my card again for the stay, which the front desk acknowledged and confirmed was an error. It has now been over two weeks since the charge, and the refund has still not been processed.
