Easy to get to and was a easy fast check in. Pool was a nice for the kids too

I never received my $50 deposit that I was promised to get back as long as the room was not in a horrible shape. I made sure the room was clean and in a good shape. Was not dirty nor was anything damaged. The staff were nice and had good customer service, the room rate was the highest I experienced while in Florida but it’s ok, I’m just very disappointed at the treatment that I got in return.

Inexpensive. But extremely limited on service, and absolutely no monitoring of guests. Literally all night there were people slamming doors, running in the hallway (louder because of vinyl flooring), talking loudly/yelling, and pounding on the exit doors to be let in. Even in a limited service hotel this type of guest behavior should be addressed (I work in the industry). Decor was modern but overly stark. Very “cold” feeling.

Very clean. New. The first night was rough though because the hotel was full and since all the rooms are inside, we heard doors slamming all night. That was a Saturday night. The rest of the stay wasn’t like that. They do need to improve the breakfast though. Very minimal.
