Private Family sized Beach House! Short drive to the white sand beaches!

Perfect location to enjoy the beach life! Short drive to the beautiful white sand beaches. (Free parking) A little over a mile to historic St. Andrews with amazing water views. Here you will enjoy fishing, boating, shopping, dining, and plenty of live music, or a relaxing walk thru the park. Walking distance to Papa's Joe's Bayside outdoor festival on the water. Fun for the whole family, Papa Joe's has pontoon rentals, boat tours, and weekend festivals with live music, food trucks, and plenty of local vendors. (Free event and parking) Bring your boat the driveway can easily accommodate trucks and boat trailers. Multiple boat ramps available less than a mile from the house. (Free parking) The beach house is new and very comfortable, great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Large Master bedroom is separate from the other two rooms with its own work area. The sprawling green space with private fenced yard is perfect for sunsets and stargazing. The covered front porch is ideal for morning coffee. Beautiful Palm Trees on the property make for an amazing view out every window. Supplies are simple with Winn Dixie and Sam's Club right up the street. Extra's included: bag chairs, beach chairs, umbrella, Weber charcoal grill, and folding chairs.

Better than expected

What a lovely clean and well decorated home. Came for an unfortunate occasion but being able to gather with my family together the morning of the service in your quaint living room made it so much better. The comfortable beds helped! The cute very updated kitchen would be lovely for any family. It’s also conveniently located to Saint Andrew, PCB, and the business on 23rd St in PC. Didn’t require much communication with the host but when we did response was quick!

Great Experience

This property was great for our family of six. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location. It's only a short drive to the beach, grocery stores and the movie theater. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

Great getaway when we needed it most!

My family of six stayed at this property during Hurricane Milton (from Pinellas County). The property owner was extremely kind and responsive. When we arrived, it was very apparent that they thought of us in their preparations; I’ve never had an experience like that! Will stay again if we make our way up next hurricane season.

Beach home

The home altogether was comfortable and cozy. The distance to the beach was not bad depending on which location you wanted to drive to. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

A great beach vacation

We had a wonderful trip to PCB! The house was perfect for our vacation. The host responded quickly to any of our needs. The beach wasn’t far. Only downside was the train that would come by in the mornings. We had a great time!

It's like going home

Staying at Nicole and Mike's place was like being at home. It is located in a central location so it was easy to get to the beach and to downtown. It is such a cute little place. I can't wait to stay there again!

First Family Trip to Florida

We wanted a trip totally different than our usual mountains. This trip was first time flying and seeing the ocean fir our girls. The VRBO was awesome! Spacious and private, super clean and had everything we needed. It is decorated so well! Kitchen had all the equipment and dishes. Beach chairs and toys provided. This house is not on the beach but it is centrally located to everything, within 15 minutes of historic St Andrews area, all the best Panama beaches and restaurants, tours etc. Our hosts provided great information, check-in was easy, and we felt secure. Much better than a condo.
