Garden: The dammuso stands on a large property, entirely fenced off and enriched by a splendid private Mediterranean garden. The view opens onto a breathtaking panorama of the blue sea merging with the horizon, providing a sense of peace and tranquillity.

Living room: Inside, the dammuso welcomes guests with an authentic and comfortable atmosphere. Natural light filters through the stone windows, illuminating the tastefully and simply furnished spaces. The living room offers complete relaxation, with a comfortable sofa and local craftsmanship details adding warmth and character to the space.

Kitchen: The kitchen, fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances, is directly connected to the living room. While the large dining table is the perfect place to share convivial moments and enjoy local delicacies.

1. It is strictly forbidden to organise parties within the property, otherwise guests will have to compensate the owner for all damage caused and the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be 2000 €.

2. It is strictly forbidden to secretly host more people than those indicated in the booking and registered at check-in, otherwise the responsibility towards the law will be totally on the guests, and the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be: 2000 €.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property, otherwise the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be: 200 €.

4. Loss of keys will result in a penalty to be paid equal to the value of the keys.

5. It is strictly forbidden to leave the pet alone inside the property, otherwise if the pet causes damage of any kind, the guests will have to compensate the owner for all damages caused by the pet.
