Villa Olivine Pearl is a 4 bedroom villa just a few minutes walk from the popular resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. The nearest beach, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. This villa is fully equipped with contemporary furniture and fittings for your comfort and relaxation. As you enter the villa, you will find an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool/BBQ/kitchen area outside. There is also a twin bedroom with garden access and a separate bathroom on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the remaining stylish three bedrooms, two have twin beds and the master has an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms on this floor have patio doors leading onto the large balcony where you can take in the lovely sea views. There is also a main bathroom on this floor with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets.
Up on the third level, you will find a stunning roof garden with built in kitchen area and covered seating so you can unwind and take in the beautiful sunset.
