Protaras Holiday Villa Olivia Pearl is a brand new and super luxurious villa just 3 minutes’ walk to Central Protaras Strip and 5 minutes' walk to Sunrise Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus, a Blue Flag destination with crystal clear blue waters and fine white sand.



The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a bathroom with shower enclosure and toilet. The large pool patio windows offer beautiful pool views from all places of the living room and open wide to join the interior with exterior patio and garden area. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, Nespresso coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.



The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower and distant sea views, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two large single beds as well a third bathroom.



Protaras Villa Olivia offers a large private pool that offers the option to be heated which is strongly recommended between November to March. The pool patio area is fully equipped with a comfortable sofa set, outside dinning table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.

Protaras Villa Olivia Pearl is located in one of the best areas of Protaras just 300meters from Central Protaras Strip and 500 meters from Sunrise Beach while Fig Tree Bay is a comfortable 15 minute walk along the beach. Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more.



Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destiination especially for families with children.There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.



There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive.



Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is a 8 minutes'drive in the oposite direction. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea.

Great Stay !

We really enjoyed staying here ! The location is ideal for its proximity to the beach and center of town. The villa is new and beautiful. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We loved getting the complimentary fresh bread , wine , and soft drinks. Unfortunately no cleaning service during the week so no fresh towels. Plan accordingly : ) I highly recommend staying here and would book again In the future!

This villa was absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. Its close to everything to ideal location. It was a little noisy on one night from a neighbouring villa bit I mean people are on their holidays having some fun which is expected. It had everything you needed & I would definitely return. If your considering booking this then I definitely recommend you do! Absolutely nothing - it was fantastic!

Second time around

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and we will hopefully be back again next year. The Company check on you the day after arrival to make sure you have everything you need. We requested an extra sunbed which was there on arrival. All facilities within the villa are good and the pool is great. We stayed for 2 weeks this time and the villa was cleaned mid way through, the pool was also cleaned and tested a couple of times. Short walk to the strip or the beach. Very relaxing holiday all round.

Amazing, relaxing holiday

Stayed at this beautiful villa for 8 days, nowhere near long enough! The villa has everything you need, in a lovely area and is a short walk to the beach and the main strip. The service and communication with the Company is brilliant. Best holiday we've had in years and we'll definitely be booking again next year.

Beautiful house and lovely service

The house is nice and new. Has everything you need. The rental company started us with some milk bread, coffee, juice and wine, which was nice to have. We had an issue a few days in and they came to fix it for us right away. The service was excellent and they treated us well. The location is perfect you can walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.

Stunning Villa in perfect location

Liked the modern villa and the location. Liked the heated pool and layout of villa. Unfortunately it was like living on the square in Ayia Napa. The guests in Villa 16 across the road took over the whole street. They had 5 quad bikes and were continually driving up and down the street outside the villa at all times of the day and night up to 3 am in the morning. Between the 5 of them and the 5 girls they brought with them screaming and shouting every night i,m very surprised if other villa guests didnt make complaints about them. they were outrageous and didnt care about any other guests. I know for a fact that one other villa guest was not happy with them. The noise was terrible and that was every single day and night. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it as you dont know who is renting but i was expecting to have a lovely peaceful holiday not a 20 something rave every night. I didnt mention it at the time as it may have brought unwanted attention or trouble our way.

Nice villa with everything you could need

Very nice place to stay, has everything you could need during a family vacation. Lot’s of dishes, outside furniture, big closets for the clothes, very nice sunny outside area with a pool. Very polite and helpful stuff. Enjoyed everything. A few extra towels and a vacuum cleaner would help if you stay with kids :)

Great time at this beautiful villa!

Me and my friends had a great time at this beautiful villa. The villa looked exactly like on the photos and it was very clean everywhere. The villa is in a good location near supermarkets, bars and the beach. I would definetly book this villa again, if I travel to cyprus again! Greetings from Germany Sebastian We haven’t got any Information about our paid deposit of 500€ when we arrived so far. It would be very nice to know when we will get the money back.
