Accessibility Statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 116cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. From some of the patio doors, there is a small step or lip down onto the terrace. This is a ground-floor property. The master bedroom door is 73cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 61cm wide.
