A quiet residential coastal area in the heart of Central Protaras just 2 minutes’ walk from the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay famous for its crystal clear blue waters and voted by TripAdvisor as one of the Top 10 beaches in Europe.



Villa Melissa offers breathtaking sea views, 150 square meters of living space and an outdoor private pool surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean style garden with aromatic plants and flowers.



The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find the second double bedroom, a family bathroom, the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, amazing panoramic sea views and a large semi-covered veranda overlooking the pool and the coast. The villa can comfortably sleep six guests in beds while a seventh person can be accommodated in extra bed or baby cot.



Melissa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, furnished to the highest quality and offers all modern appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a fire place.

The location is very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes' walk to the best beach in the area the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras strip. The surroundings are excellent and the beach just around the corner is to die for. The villa has got to be one of the very best villas in the whole of the Protaras and Ayia Napa region.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Perfect stay

Nothing but good things to say about the whole process and the stay. Very nice house that fully lived up to our expectations regarding location, facilities etc. We can strongly recommend this house and the agency Cyprus was a bit too warm for us but I guess we cannot blame that on anybody :-)

Fantastic sea front location in a quiet area within easy walking distance of fig tree bay Excellent and speedy response to any issues Helpful information regarding transfers, shopping and places to visit Great communication and ease of booking Cosmetically -Some tired looking areas in bathrooms and minor cracks in outdoor patio.but this did not reduce our enjoyment We would definitely stay again Instructions on how to switch on the air conditioning downstairs would be helpful as this had to be done frequently via a switch behind the settee

Mobility issues friendly

Location. Layout of the villa was perfect for our needs.My elderly mother who has mobility issues was perfectly at home as there was step free access from the pool through lounge and kitchen to the bedroom & bathroom. Property was very tired. The owners need to spend money for some maintenance and repair. This is not down to Villa Cyprus.

The house is perfectly located and with stunning views! House was not cleaned properly when entered. Ground floor bedroom smelling like sigarette smoke. Also, property could undergo some maintenance, and be better equipped (e.g. kitchen tools missing).

Really nice property with lovely views, upstairs windows needed a clean to appreciate fully.

The property was really nice and was a nice stroll along to Fig Tree Bay etc, however the facilties in the kitchen could have been better. Only 2 very large pans to cook with and no decent sharp knife or spatula, pizza cutter etc. Also no plastic glasses despite the villa booklet stating these must be used around the pool. No pegs for hanging washing either, which is a must for me on a family holiday. These things I think should be included in a villa. Finally the upstairs of the villa wasn’t very clean (the floor especially) on arrival and could do with a deep clean, bathroom tiles too. Despite this, we did have a good time at the villa and in Protaras even though the pool and sea were far too cold to use in April. The people are all lovely and friendly.
