It is a spacious property in one of our favorite part of Paris. The library of photography books was a nice plus. A few amenities would go a long way. We received four towels for two people for five nights. Old, brown towels that even a gym would have retired by now. The bed was a mattress on a frame with two pillows and sheets that were (again) old but probably clean. There was one nightstand and one lamp in the bedroom. Thatâs all. I respect the owner for his devotion to the austere life of an artist, but for the purpose of a vacation rental a trip to IKEA for new sheets and towels might be a good idea. Also, ditch VRBO and find a property management company that communicates with customers. We texted three times over two days for check out instructions but got no reply.
A beautiful apartment smack in the middle of a fun, walkable neighborhood, full of shops and restaurants, as well as close to public transportation. My family (two kids aged between 8 - 12) loved this place and we would definitely come back. Thanks to Anais, the host, for her responsiveness. Merci beaucoup!
