This charming, recently renovated apartment is located in the famous Marais district, just 9 minutes from Place de la Bastille and Place des Vosges, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural venues.
You are close to many must-see tourist sites, in a typically Parisian building. My warm, modern and fully equipped apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian stay, alone or as a couple!

A 32 m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, including:

- A beautiful living area with a double sofa bed, table and chairs for meals
Smart TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC
- 1 bedroom with double bed and television

The cleaning fee includes clean linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

Guest Access:
Travellers have access to the entire flat.

The Neighborhood:
My flat is located at the foot of the Place de la Bastille in the heart of the famous Marais district, just a few metres from the famous Place des Vosges, with its shops, cafés and restaurants,
If you go up Rue Vieille du Temple, you'll discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges on Rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians, whether for lunch or just for a stroll, as the place is so authentic.
You can try the best falafels in Paris, on rue des Rosiers, such as the famous "As du Falafel".
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is packed with fashion and accessories boutiques, making it one of the best areas for a shopping spree!
As for culture, the flat is just a short walk from the Place de la Bastille and the Opéra Bastille, as well as numerous museums (Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalé, etc.).
