The rooms/lifts etc are really tiny. The staff were helpful but the hotel is budget- you get what you pay for.

Good quality for the price. Room and bathroom are small as others have said but no smaller than other Paris hotels in this category. Bed was large for Paris (queen size) with comfortable mattress. Shower had good pressure. Neighbourhood fairly quiet and the windows did a good job of toning down the traffic noise (would still recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to noise but that goes for anywhere in a city!) We found the staff efficient and polite despite comments by other reviewers. We will be staying here again at the end of our trip.

A very comfortable stay

A most enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed extremely comfortable with nice bed linen. The hotel is extremely well situated and perfect for nearby Metro stations. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The room was small and the bathroom very small, but this is what is to be expected from small Parisian hotels. Bathroom looked a bit tired, but it was fine for me. I didn't have any noise complaints. You can hear well what is happening in the corridor, not sure about neighbours, mine were quiet. No noise from the street. The curtains were good and didn't let any light in. Enough towels. No hard soap and the liquid soap was in small packs - not very convenient. There was complementary water. Good wi-fi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat there as both of us have dietary problems. The room we had was incredibly tiny though this may be a normal thing in that area. My complaint would be that the bathroom is so tiny, you have to sit sideways on the toilet and the shower was pretty dirty around the outside. Also, the elevator broke down and it was a long climb up to our room after walking all around Paris that day.

Great location near the Bastille, convenient to bus and metro stations and walking distance to many delicious boulangeries & restaurants. Lively neighborhood at night but room was good at keeping noise out from outdoors. Noise from surrounding rooms are noticeable but manageable. Staff members were helpful & pleasant, and available 24 hours. Bathroom was very small, but all we needed and very clean. On the last day of our stay, there were issues with the elevator which set off the building alarm twice in the morning which frightened us. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in Paris!

The hotel is ideally located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris with 2 different metro lines nearby and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are really small and noisy. The bathroom could use an upgrade…. If you are just looking for a bed and shower at a decent price, this is your place. If you need quiet and comfort, look somewhere else…

Decent location to get to metro .. we were able to see at the sites easily this way. Its been renovated but the rooms were painfully small, the hallways not renovated so kind of creepy. The hallways were loud, no soundproofing, no air conditioning, the elevator only fit 2 people. The area is a bit lower budget. It was a budget choice for us, so a clean place to lay our head but zero frills. Staff were friendly. Clean.

Great location for the price and very friendly staff (the night receptionist was fantastic! He was very willing to help and have a chat :). The hotel itself is quite outdated and could really use a refurbishment – the walls were peeling in places, and the mat/rug in our room was quite worn. Our room was larger than what we expected according to previous reviews, so we were stoked with that; although the shower is very small and was quite awkward to use. That said, it has potential. Despite the age of the property, we had a wonderful stay with smooth check-in and check-out. The location made it easy to walk to all the central Paris attractions we wanted to see.

Very basic room. On the surface looked clean but the bathroom flush was filthy. There was a lot of dust on the floor under the bed. The shower wasnt great and the shower head was full of limescale. The beds were very small but really comfy and the sheets were clean. Short walk to metro and bus routes which took us to where we needed to be.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Rude reception staff ignoring simple requests like coffee for room etc No hot water for four out of five days of my stay. Very small noisy rooms Daily cleaning of rooms to a very poor standard Never again!!!!
