Clean hotel and nice facilities however the trip was sadly disappointing due to broken air conditioning in the room and nobody to fix it. Hotel refused a refund as I booked with Expedia despite a sleepless night. Very disappointed. A fan was given to us but did not help matters.

Zeer gastvrij verblijf

Dit spiksplinternieuw hotel is ideaal gelegen aan de rand van de stad maar met een metrolijn (M13) voor de deur en eentje op wandelafstand (M14). Supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige setting. Een klein minpuntje (of iets waar je rekening mee moet houden): wij reserveerden een superior tweepersoonskamer en hier bleek de douche geïnstalleerd in de kamer zelf. Een zijwand was deels afgedekt met mat glas, de andere zijde (kant bed) was volledig open. Niet erg handig als je niet als koppel reist.

Deux fois mais jamais trois

Cela fait deux fois que je réserve au H4, il n’y aura pas de troisième. Pour la seconde fois le checkin prend facilement un quart d’heure alors qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul client devant moi. La chambre est bien agencée et la literie très bonne, mais le chauffage n’est pas réglable, il faut appeler l’entretien pour le faire régler, super ! Et aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain, à l’étage 37 les murs sont pourtant bien froids, il aurait été logique de faire en sorte qu’on puisse chauffer la sdb… En ce qui concerne le bar/piscine, on vous explique qu’on y accède au 40 eme étage, donc bêtement vous tentez d’y aller, sauf que ça ne fonctionne pas avec les cartes d’accès. Il fallait comprendre tout seul qu’il fallait descendre au rez-de-chaussée pour demander l’accès au bar au personnel d’accueil… logique ! Une simple explication au checkin aurait évité de perdre du temps, mais non, ils ont préféré ne rien dire et nous laisser chercher seul pour au final se rendre compte que l’on n’avait tout simplement pas droit de s’y rendre sans demander la permission. Bref, à mon avis cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles actuellement, il pourrait les mériter avec un peu d’effort de finitions et surtout un peu de formation du personnel d’accueil qui ne semble pas connaître très bien son hôtel.
