My friend and I booked this property for a 4-night holiday trip to Paris, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We were initially placed on the 15th floor where the air conditioning wasn’t working, and to make matters worse, the room had no windows for ventilation. Despite complaining multiple times, the issue wasn’t resolved until the *last day* when we were moved to the 17th floor. We were told the AC in this new room had been checked and was working — but when we returned around 10:30 PM, the room was unbearably hot and the AC wasn’t working at all. When we called the reception, we were simply told the AC wasn’t functioning throughout the hotel and nothing could be done. Completely unacceptable. The management team was also incredibly rude and dismissive throughout our stay. We had booked the swimming pool for one night from 10–11 PM and received a confirmation over the phone. But when we arrived, they claimed no booking was made. The receptionist was not only rude but also racist — an absolutely appalling experience. This place might seem like a good deal, but trust me — it’s not worth the stress, discomfort, or lack of basic hospitality. Upon checkout, I spoke with the manager, Margaux, who promised to follow up with me, but I’ve yet to hear back. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Modern hotel that falls short in too many areas

This was a business trip to a hotel I have visited a good few times and is indicative of my various stays. Good - clean, modern and perfectly comfortable However, for such a great building there are so many small issues that just add up to pull down the experience

The room was clean, spacious, and adequate. I liked their minimalistic approach. It was on the 37th floor, so the view was enjoyable. The area around the hotel is lively with a Metro station directly in front of the entrance. Trip to airport is convenient at 20 minutes. No room service beyond closing hours. Safety around the hotel is questionable. Overall, a good experience.

It’s a beautiful hotel Has 3 minutes walking distance to access train ( tube). Beautiful view of Paris. Comfy bed , very clean / 9 month old since it was opened. 30 Euros per person for breakfast . Take an uber to the airport and skip the taxi that the front desk offers. Over all, we enjoyed the stay. Thank you

An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, the service at H4 hotel was impeccable. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail—from the luxurious toiletries to the complimentary water and variety of coffee. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, with a delicious variety of dishes and top-tier service. We also loved the amenities—especially the pool and sky bar with an amazing view,which made our stay feel truly relaxing and indulgent. Overall, H4 hotel delivers a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Great hotel. BUT for the size of the hotel more reception staff are needed. Waited longer than 1 hour to check in. Only two reception staff on the desk at my time of arrival. Same situation for restaurant. Lady left and nobody to check me in at the time of my booking for 20 minutes. Restaurant also under staffed.

The room was weird. They have the toilet in one room and across was the sink and bathtub which made it so inconvenient. Also I think there must have been a septic issue because the room smelled so bad and you are unable to open the windows because they are locked shut. Also the hotel had no room service.

Great hotel, extremely close to Metro so was easy to go into Central Paris in about 25mins. If you don’t mind have not very nice surroundings then this hotel is fine.
