The Space:
Our 30m² apartment, freshly renovated in November 2023, is a haven of peace in the heart of the city.

Located near the Bonne nouvelle metro station on lines 8 and 9, our apartment combines Parisian charm with modern amenities for a most pleasant Parisian stay.

Overlooking the quiet Rue Beauregard, the bedroom is comfortable with its 180cm bed, 4K OLED TV with over 100 channels, plenty of storage space and air-conditioning. It opens onto its own bathroom, which also has a toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided for extra comfort.

The living room, equipped with a large convertible sofa and coffee table, is the perfect place to relax or share a meal, with a dining table that seats 4.

High speed fiber optic internet is at your disposal. Towels and linens are provided.
Pets are not allowed.

Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.

All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

The Neighborhood:
Le Grand Rex is located at a stone throw.

The Grevin Museum is just 10 minutes away by foot from the apartment.

The Montorgueil area is 5 minutes by foot from the apartment.

The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 14 minutes walking distance.

The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day.

Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just 13 minutes away by foot.

This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco.

For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 18-minute walk from the apartment.

Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...

We also advise you to visit the external tourist places of Paris such as the Château de Versailles and Disneyland.

Getting Around:
This apartment is close to metro stops:

- Bonne Nouvelle ( metro line 8 and 9 )

- Strasbourg Saint-Denis ( metro line 4, 8 and 9 )

- Sentier ( metro line 3 )

You can also enjoy the view by taking those buses number 20, 32, 38, 39, N13, N14.

You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, G7, taxis, etc).

You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located two minutes away by foot from the apartment.

Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

Other Things to Note:
Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM.

It is possible to access the accommodation outside these hours, depending on AVAILABILITY and with an additional cost.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.

For special events such as collabs/video shooting, an autorisation will be needed from us and a card imprint security deposit of 800€ will be asked before arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival of will organise a very easy self check-in for you.

During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.

After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.

In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
